This is a super simple way to get so many nourishing vitamins, minerals, proteins and fiber into your day with not a lot of prep.

Simple = sustainable = easier time reaching both weight loss and hormone balancing goals ✅

✨The BluePrint✨
➡️ 1 x palm-sized serving of lean protein ✋🏼
examples:
• Lean oven roasted Turkey breast
• Chicken breast
• Tuna
• Tempeh

➡️ 1x thumb-sized serving of a healthy fat 👍
examples:
• Cheese
• Avocado
• hummus
• Peanut butter
• Dark chocolate
• Drizzle with olive oil

➡️ 1/2 a plate of veggies/ greens / micronutrients with at least 2 different colours 🍽 examples:
• cucumber
• bell pepper
• raw carrots
• celery
• snap peas
• spring mix / baby spinach
• roasted brussel sprouts / broccoli / cauliflower (use leftovers!)

➡️ 1 cupped-hand portion of a carbohydrate 🤲🏼(ideally with fiber!)
examples:
• multigrain / seedy crackers
• rice crisps
• rice cakes
• 1 slice sourdough or sprouted grain bread
• 1/2 a steamed or roasted sweet potato
