oh my God this was the nicest watermelon salad so juicy so I had this huge watermelon chopped this up into chunks I used about a quarter and then put into a large bowl chopped some cucumber some mint leaves then half an onion some crumbled fat cheese then for the dressing A full lime some mustard balsamic vinegar olive oil mix that together and so quick and easy
