that’s good all right if you guys are skipping your breakfast not eating enough you know what’s going to happen you’re going to crash pairing things like this together they stack the protein on top of each other and easily you’ll be full and you’re going to feel good so I’m going to add some peanut butter to this English muffin I’m going to add some bananas on top you know just for aesthetic and some texture this is not the finished product okay this is not enough protein it’s probably like 10 Gams of protein what I’m going to do is grab my trusty Fair life I’m going to pour myself a cup of this and just like that this meal got me over 25 g of protein it’s really easy it’s delicious it took 5 minutes and you’ll be happy it has more nutrients in it perfect let me take a some of that if you guys want more breakfast ideas hit that follow because we’re going to be dropping videos all day long
