Today I’m sharing my top tips for cooking with tempeh. How to make it less bitter and taste fantastic! I’m also sharing the recipe for one of my favorite lunches – a “TLT” Sandwich (tempeh, lettuce, and tomato). Way better than a BLT in my humble opinion 😉
