i just really quickly want to put on the screen what the macros are in this pizza and what the macros are in a regular domino’s pizza and let’s just compare for a second [Music] okay let’s make this recipe hey guys welcome back to my channel i was about to make this pizza this protein rich pizza that i’ve been making for the last couple of weeks and i thought i’d bring you guys along and so with that we can make it together it’s so easy and so simple and i got inspired by this pizza crust from nutrition babe on tick tock she gives some incredible nutrition advice and this crust just like blew me away so i wanted to share it with you guys as well but make sure to go check her out give her some thumbs up and some love because this crust is incredible and what i do with the pizza is that i also add a lot of protein rich low calorie toppings on there because typically with a cheap pizza it’s not just the crust that makes it very a high calorie and fatty it’s also the toppings everything that’s going to be on this pizza today it’s going to be very high in protein very delicious very simple and easy and it’s good all around so let’s just get into this if you like this video please give me a thumbs up hit that subscribe button and let’s get cooking we are going to start off with three quarters of a cup of egg whites her crust only consists of two ingredients which is absolutely crazy i do like to add salt and some basil just because for me that makes it feel more like a pizza crust so that’s up to you if you decide to use that as well so the two ingredients is the egg whites and then it’s corn starch so we’re going to use two and a half tablespoons of corn starch now i like to just add a little bit of salt i’m using himalayan salt a little bit of basil and now we’re going to whisk it up i’m going to use this electric whisk but you can i think you can also use a food pressure processor let’s pour it onto baking sheet it’s pretty good right i think so so the toppings for this pizza is just gonna be a little bit of a leftover situation but it’s what i typically will do i don’t make a big deal out of making this pizza it’s just what i have in the fridge so we’re gonna be using some turkey bacon i have a little bit of cut up chicken some onions some mushrooms some tomatoes some rice cauliflower from trader joe’s and then this incredibly delicious mozzarella fat-free cheese which i’m always just i don’t even understand how these macros are possible you can see it has nine grams of protein 45 calories and two carbs and zero fat so we’re gonna use half a cup this is a quarter of a cup so we’ll be using two of these and then some tomatoes [Music] do [Music] the amount of protein in this pizza is so insane and when you compare it to a domino’s pizza you can eat probably like six times as much and i like to eat a lot of food i don’t know about you let’s do a little camera taste test so good i really think you should try this out thank you again nutrition babe for helping me figure out this pizza crust and it just shows you that it doesn’t have to be that hard to get in the right amount of protein that your muscles need in order to grow and get as strong as possible and i actually also made this lemon cake which you can also find on my channel that has a bunch of protein and if you love sweets and cakes and all that kind of stuff i have a bunch of cakes like this on my channel so i would go check that out it’s such a good combination a little delicious protein pizza and then a little protein cake for dessert thank you guys so much again for watching i hope you go out and have a beautiful day or a beautiful night please give me a thumbs up hit that subscribe button and i will see you again very soon bye
