Making a delicious salad

gos are very healthy today I’m sprouting lentils and mung beans pour the beans into small plastic bottles add water and rinse thoroughly tighten the cap Loosely on the bottle so that the water pours out and you don’t lose any beans rinse both lentils and mbeans again with clean water let them sit for at least 5 hours the legumes will become saturated drain the water put the bottle on its side and let it sit for another 12 15 hours and now we have be beautiful sprouted grains to make a salad start with baked or boiled beets and pickles cut them into cubes then add red white onions from here we add our sprouted mung beans and lentils next add sunflow seeds and top it off with an aromatic oil of your choice no need to add salt because the beets and pickles already saled our delicious and healthy salad is now ready to serve
