COTTAGE CHEESE WRAP
2/3 cup of cottage cheese & 1 egg , seasonings of choice I use garlic powder, Italian, salt + pepper blend in blender until smooth. Bake on parchment paper on 415 for 30 minutes.
Add your toppings inside : chose foods Mayo, chimichurri sauce, lettuce, tomato, avocado, smoked ham. Wrap it up and cut it 👌🏻 Perfect high protein wrap!

taste like a citrus lemony little bite I’ve been seeing this recipe go around of this cottage cheese flatbread and I’ve been really really intrigued with it so I’m going to go ahead and make it I really actually have been really wanting a sandwich so this works out perfect because I’m going to make like a wrap like a sandwich wrap and I’m going to use cottage cheese as my flatbread so it has to bake for like 40 minutes which is kind of a long time so I’m going to get started on it now I have my um this is the am Z am Chef just got this blender in I’ll leave it linked on my Amazon storefront but it has like the little tiny I don’t even know how to use this but it has like the countertop blender um I’m really excited cuz I’ve never had one like this so I’m going to go ahead and make the flatbread okay it’s so liquidy but this is what the recipe says so I hope it works but it’s like very liquidy so I’m a little like I don’t know hesitant that this is going to turn out right okay I’m going to add a little ghee to the underneath I don’t have olive oil but it need the parchment paper needs to like stick to the pan [Music] so I want it to stick there we go that’s better see how it sticks now since I added the oil so it doesn’t like fly up and then you’re going to add a little bit more whether you have ghee or olive oil would be probably better but I’m going to add ghe to the other side and then we’re going to lay the cotage cheese mixture down we’re going to pour the cottage cheese mixture I feel like I did pick the perfect F pan now I must say this is a really good pan I feel like it gives a really good shape okay here she is is I feel like I should add a a little bit more seasoning to it maybe yeah I think I’m going to add a little bit more stuff to it just to give it a really good flavor what could we add maybe some dried Italian would be good just a little bit of that give it some color there we go and ooh maybe some red pepper chili flakes that actually sounds really good and that will pair well with with what I’m using on my sandwich okay I guess that’s it that’s all I can think of pop her in the oven and the oven’s ready it’s at 374 right now it needs to be 425 and it goes for about 30 to 40 minutes they say that’s like the time frame okay I think I might have overcooked my flat bread it is um pretty crispy which they say you want it crispy but I think I I definitely burnt it and I think like when I fold it over it’s going to be ooh that looks so good I think it’s going to like break so yeah it’s so crisp I’m going to have to do a flat bread like this I thought I’d be able to like roll it into a wrap but it’s too crispy so I’m going to add some of this whole 30 Mayo to my WRA this is by chosen Foods we’re going to go in with this um smoked ham do two slices of this just break it up I really don’t like this part of the ham so I’m going to put it back in here cuz Joey will eat it just going to add this just weirds me out we’re going to add some lettuce tomatoes and avocado spicy garlic sauce just a little [Music] bit okay let me grab a plate and we’re going to have to just eat it like a true flatbread like that I think that’ll be good I don’t know let me cut it Panini style oh my okay okay okay that’s actually so cool here it is M once I perfect this this is is going to be amazing oh my gosh okay it just needs to be thicker and cook less time that is it now I see what all the hype is about this is so good okay I’m going to show you guys my favorite snack it is so good for your skin um it’s so good for just like to give you like a natur natural glowy tan it’s the best I’m going to show you what to do super easy all you’ll need is two carrots and you’re going to make like little carrot ribbons with this tool right here I did already wash these carrots and the skin is on them I eat the skin in my carrots because that’s where a lot of the vitamins and minerals are held so that’s just what I do personally but feel free to not do that if it grosses you out I know some people are grossed out by it but I did wash and scrub these These are nice and clean I’m going to take this tool and just go back and forth until I get a ribbon like thin thin thin texture so this is also really good like I’m doing a vinegar and lemon and garlic kind of like a tastes like a vinegar chip but also what’s really good is like coconut amino and everything bagel seasoning with this is also really [Music] good we’re going to do red wine vinegar you can do apple cider that has a little bit more benefits in it but I have red wine and I love the I just love how red wine vinegar tastes we’re going to do a little bit of lemon juice I use this big tub of lemon 100% lemon juice I love it the lemons I don’t know I feel like my lemons go bad a lot and it’s just more affordable and it’s easier to cook with so I always get that doing some garlic powder you could do fresh garlic and mince it that’s really good but I’m all out of garlic I used it last night and then some flaky flaky sea salt and that is everything you’ll need super easy to make also here is the car look at that red wine vinegar is so delicious so again this is really great for that Natural Glow gives you a little tan it’s good for your skin carrots make your eyes really white like the white part of your eyes um so yeah I have this pretty much every single day at least I try to and I just love how carrots taste like I think they’re so good the key to this though is you have to get them super thin or it’s not as good I don’t know what I want have some mushrooms that sounds kind of good maybe some mushrooms Joey yeah what do you want as a side do you want peas and pork mushrooms and pork um do you want a carb tonight you want rice ooh do you want some soup some tofu miso soup and like pork I could go for Rice tonight right oh you got to make the rice some Basmati tell them Basmati I I can’t do rice look at my bald head okay so rice bti I cut my hair and I just like no guard cut it because my hair grows so fast and I’m tired of cutting it plus it’s summertime and it’s hot so hopefully it’ll keep me cool what else do you want with it as a veggie do you want brussels sprouts and or rice and I want you said mushrooms mushrooms rice and mushrooms rice and mushrooms yeah that sounds good here take that oh what about some peppers those peppers are really sweet I only have one those aren’t sweet these are but that pepper we can put with the mushrooms oh did you eat the other pepper there was twoo yeah I eat the other one here grab that going to make some mive soup too okay so we’re going to have pork rice mushrooms with peppers and I’m going to make this tofu miso soup really quick for like a little appetizer I really like cooking dinner with Joey it’s so nice to have someone to cook with and like help clean up and just like dinner goes is so much more enjoyable when two people that’s sweet baby is it it’s I I don’t know how I just think I don’t know how people do all of it themselves yeah I enjoy cooking with her too it’s very like I don’t know it’s just a good um good bonding good activity to do with your spouse just brings us together you know like I like to cook um when I’m in the mood and I want to like just cook by myself but like dayto day like every single day always having to do it all yourself and then like the dishes is just too much it’s too much yeah it gets to be a lot yeah on one person you do work and you’re still a homemaker like yeah I’m both you do so much around this house and you take care of me so well it’s ridiculous I’m spoiled so so like the few things that I do ask I mean if I yeah I mean well you don’t even ask but I mean if it means you know it’s easier on you that I step up and i’ you know help with dinner a couple days a week like I mean if I if I’m like real really tired yeah if you say babe like can you do it today like I will and and and same for me like I’m not feeling it me tonight baby and she’ll be like yeah don’t worry about it you know hang out on the couch watch some TV relax we all need those I’ll make dinner and sometimes Amanda feels that way not very often but well in the morning like sometimes when I don’t get good sleep I really appreciate some days on the weekend I can I can take care of her breakfast and stuff will you feel this way and he’s always my garbage disposal man I always am handing him stuff to throw away and put up okay mushrooms and peppers I’m to season them with salt pepper and onion and garlic that’s it and a little bit of ghee we’ll get some ghee in here actually just a little bit or your water for your rice okay thank you yeah that’s plenty yeah that well this is um one teaspoon but it wasn’t even packed full really but just call it a teaspoon we’re going to pop this in the oven in just a second [Music] m one packet of the soup is only 35 calories which is awesome and it’s just really yummy I don’t know it’s so comforting I love miso soup I wish I had some fresh green onions if I did I would 100% add that in here um but you just do 2/3 cup water which I need to add a little bit more water to this but I just wanted to get it dissolving and then I’m going to boil up some more and heat up some more in the microwave and then pour it over cuz it needs a little bit more water it makes a yummy broth okay my soup is ready it’s hot oh my gosh look at this miso soup all ready for you at home so good I love it so much mhm rub on for didn’t pig out I add her gravy baby perfect delicious Bon here’s dinner tonight we made this pork in our pressure cooker some basam rice Basmati peas mushrooms Peppers cottage cheese and Chim Cherry sauce this looks so delicious don’t it mhm you’re happy everywhere we go
