Eating Out: One of the hardest things about a diet is eating out, but I have a simple tip for you. Always ask for salad without dressing and bread to take away the temptation.

fat loss and muscle gain the hardest thing about a diet is eating out but one of the things that you can do is always ask for salad without dressing and bread to take away so you’re not tempted to eat it this week there was a lot of driving less walking as the temperature so to 42.5 to be honest hot days call for cold things so I’ve been making a lot of different protein ice creams I guess the most I moved was a little bit of dancing with my friends and I also chose my drinks wisely did you know that beans especially kidney beans are high in iron here’s some tofu as well to keep my protein uptake and I’ve been making a lot of protein recipes that are easy simple and delicious what I have been consistent with is my training consistency is key three weight training sessions and pilates together undoubtedly with the food is what’s keeping this fat burning process efficient half a% of fat per week yeah you’ve gone down 4 cm on your on your waist as well nothing speaks more motivation than new gymwear and I even took the little one to the gym this time
