Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 – 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

Breakfast: (about 40g protein per serving in just the wrap)
Cottage Cheese Wrap

For one serving:
1 cup (lactose-free) low fat cottage cheese (200g), the one I use contains 14g protein per 100g
2 eggs
pinch of salt (leave out if your cottage cheese is very salty)
(add garlic powder if you don’t have IBS)
for toppings:
oregano

example fillings:
arugula
deli turkey
tomatoes
avocado
balsamic vinegar

1. Blend the cottage cheese with the eggs and salt
2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Brush it with olive oil
3. Pour the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle oregano on top
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes
5. Let cool down for 5 minutes. Then add your fillings and roll into a wrap

Lunch: (about 35g protein per serving)
Chopped Salad Sandwich

1.4 oz. / 40g arugula
handful of basil
1 tomato
1 chicken breast about 130g, marinated with olive oil, dijon mustard, paprika spice, oregano, salt & pepper
handful of mini mozzarella balls
drizzle of balsamic vinegar
pesto, to taste
bread of choice

Instructions in the video

Snack: (about 20g protein per serving)
”Snickers” Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (180 ml / about 200g)
1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup/honey

toppings:
1 piece of 80% dark chocolate
1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
crushed peanuts (I used lightly salted ones)

1. Mix the Greek yogurt and peanut butter (and sweetener) together
2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil
3. Pour the chocolate on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle the nuts on top
4. Let set in the fridge for about 15 minutes
5. Serve with berries, for example

Dinner: (about 30g protein per serving)
Big Mac Tacos

For two servings:

2-4 small (gluten-free) tortillas
200g lean ground beef
pinch of salt & pepper

Fillings:
(low fat) cheese
lettuce
pickles

Sauce:
1/4 cup (lactose-free) low fat Greek yogurt (60ml / 65g)
1 tablespoon light mayo
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika spice
(if you don’t have IBS, add some onion powder)
pinch of salt & pepper

Dessert:
Shaved Peaches

For two servings:
1/2 cup (lactose-free) vanilla Greek yogurt (120 ml/ 125g)
2 frozen peaches
handful of crushed pistachios
raspberries, to taste
honey, to taste

[Music] [Music] today I’m filming a what I eat in a day video and I’m only going to make recipes that have gone viral on social media to see if they’re really worth trying but we’re going to make them healthy and high in protein so all these meals combined will be over 100 g of protein for breakfast we’re going to make those cottage cheese wraps that you have probably seen all over social media I’m making two servings off the wrap so I’m doubling the recipe I add four eggs 2 cups of lowfat cottage cheese and a pinch of salt into a blender if your ctage cheese is very salty leave out the salt you could also add other spices to this like garlic powder I lined a baking pan with parchment paper and I brush it with some olive oil so that the wrap won’t stick to it I pour half the mixture onto the pan and spread it [Music] evenly I sprinkle some oregano on top then I repeat the process for the other wrap I bake them at 180 c° 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes I let them cool down for about 5 minutes and then I carefully remove them from the parchment papers this wrap is packed with protein just the wrap without the fillings contains 40 g of protein then I add in the fillings I’m adding some turkey arugula avocado tomato and balsamic vinegar then I just fold the wrap here’s the ready wrap so let’s try it out it’s good people say it tastes like flatbread but I think it’s like combination of flatbread and an omelette um it’s really soft and tast tasty and packed with protein so definitely recommend trying it out now it’s lunch time and I’m going to make the chopped salad sandwich I’m interested in seeing if it really tastes better than a regular sandwich I wanted to dry out this strand with a capresa style salad first I cook two chicken breasts that I marinated in olive oil Dijon mustard paprika spice oregano salt and pepper then I add all the ingredients onto a cutting board arugula tomatoes basil mini mozzarellas the chicken and lastly some bam vinegar and pesta then I just start chopping everything into smaller pieces the ready salad should look like this so everything is chopped into very very small pieces then I served this with bread I ate two of these sandwiches and they were so delicious Aaron was working from home so I made another batch for him and he really liked it too it’s really tasty so you get a little bit of everything in the same bite uh bite but it’s quite difficult to eat for a snack I’m going to make the Snickers inspired yogurt Bowl I just mixed together some low fat Greek yogurt unsweetened peanut butter the peanut butter I use is 100% made of peanuts then I also add half a teaspoon of maple syrup for our sweetness I melted one piece of 80% dark chocolate with a little bit of coconut oil in the microwave and I spread that on top of the yogurt mixture to create a Magic Shell I sprinkle crushed lightly salted peanuts on top I also add some [Music] raspberries I let the chocolate Magic Shell set in the fridge for about 15 minutes [Music] let’s try this out I think this is a yummy snack but does it tastes like Snickers not that much um but is it better than a normal yogurt Bowl yes cuz it has chocolate um but I think I would make it again cuz it’s super easy to make it’s high in protein it has healthy fats from the peanut butter so it keeps you full for several hours and it tastes good for dinner we’re going to make those Big Mac tacos where you press the minced meat onto the tortilla always when I’ve seen those videos I’ve just wondered if the minced meat Cooks through so let’s see first I make the sauce to make the sauce a bit lighter I’m adding some Creek yogurt then I add 1 tblspoon of light mayo 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon paprika spice and a pinch of salt and pepper then I press lean ground beef onto the tras I season it with salt and pepper I heat a skillet over medium high heat and add a taco beef side down I cook it without moving for about 2 minutes then I flip it over and lower the heat to medium low I add a slice of cheese on top and cook for a couple of more minutes until the tortilla is nice and crispy and the cheese has melted then I fill the tacos with Pickles lots of lettuce and the sauce you could also add some onion if you don’t have IBS these turn out very tasty and the beef is really cooked through these are such a fun dinner idea we’re definitely making these again I always need something sweet after for dinner so now we’re going to make a dessert for so long I wanted to try out the shaved fruit Trend and I had some peaches laying around so yesterday I put them into the freezer so now let’s dry it out first I add some vanilla flavored Greek yogurt into a glass then I shave a frozen Peach on top [Music] this looks fun but it took so long and my hand was freezing I add raspberries some crushed pistachios and honey on top you could also use maple syrup let’s try it out this is really good a perfect dessert for summer like the whole
