what’s good JD fam welcome back to another video if this is your first time ever watching our Channel make sure you press that subscribe button right now today I’m bringing you guys another what I eat in a day you guys seem to really love these videos and you’ve been asking me for another you guys are always asking for my recipes all the time on Instagram even in the YouTube videos and you guys know I love cooking and I’m a foodie so your girl can eat your girl loves to try new things try out new recipes and share ideas with you guys that I find and I love and as you also may know I’ve been on my little Health Journey for quite some time now I was on it like really really hardcore for like a good two months like I’m talking breakfast lunch and dinner just eating as healthy as I possibly could but then you know I went through a little slump because we had family coming into town back to back to back so I don’t want to like be a party pooper and not eat along with everybody else so I kind of have been just more on like a little bit of a maintenance not going too hard you know so where’re as my last two what I eat in a days were really about like what I eat to try to lose weight this one’s more of like a healthy balanced diet still making health conscious choices but also just like delicious food you know today’s actually quite a busy day for us we’re actually leaving out of town tomorrow so the meals are definitely going to be really simple to throw together breakfast I went a little bit more you know had to put my all into it because I had time for breakfast okay as you guys are going to see in the next clip I ate a delicious breakfast some protein cottage cheese bagel go with only three or four ingredients super simple easy to make but delicious and super healthy nutritious but right now I’m getting ready for the day so I thought I’d share with you guys a little progress update and also show you guys what I’m wearing today like I said I haven’t been eating like the most clean but I’m so happy and feeling good about myself so this is what we are looking like this is the little outfit of the day today and I need to take a second to tell you guys about this bra and underwear that I am obsessed with if you guys have been living under a rock like me we need to change that this is the fits everybody collection by skims thank you to skims for sponsoring I love how much support and coverage it gives me if you guys don’t know I did get my breast done years ago so they are on the larger side and running around after my son all day I just need something morning off with coffee so I’m just going to get straight into that I’m going to make a little brown sugar and almond milk latte I like using almond milk now because I actually heard that oat milk is like literally all sugar I don’t know something about like when you break down oats it just releases like all sugar or something like that I don’t know that’s why it taste a little better but I’m just going to stick to the alond milk so I did two of these small teaspoons of brown sugar and then I’m going to take this to my espresso machine and I’m just going to pour the espresso right over the sugar so that it like melts [Music] it oh yeah oh my God my gosh I’m spilling okay let’s just give this a little mix make sure it’s all dissolved very carefully so we’re making more of a latte instead espresso perfect okay now for the fun part I’ve been wanting to show you guys this recipe for a minute now I made it a few months ago and it’s so good so I’m making three ingredient Bagels from scratch but they have extra protein in them because I’m using cottage cheese as one of the main ingredients to hold the bagels together and to cook them you just throw them in the air fryer literally the most amazing recipe first you need to start off with some cottage cheese I’m using good culture cottage cheese we’re going to start off with about a cup of flour you’re going to end up using a little bit more than a cup of flour but I start off with the cup and then I like add more as needed you need half a teaspoon of baking powder I also like to add a little bit of salt in there so I guess with the salt it’s four ingredients I’m going to give this a little whirl and we’re going to do a cup of cottage cheese this may sound weird making Bagels out of cottage cheese but I promise you cottage cheese is actually really really delicious and it’s so good for you it has so much protein now let’s mix this up a bit and we’re going to have to get in there with our hands too my dough is super sticky so so I’m going to go ahead and add a little bit more of that flour okay so this is the main base of the dough you guys saw how easy that is the dough should be tacky but not sticky it shouldn’t like stick to your hands too much so just add more flour as needed while you’re kneading so from here you can either have these just like this if you like a plain bagel or you can do like an everything bagel so you would just sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top once they’re formed into Bagels you can do blueberry bagels like the possibilities are endless but today I’m going to be doing a jalapeno cheddar Bagel cuz that’s my favorite kind so you want to split the dough into fours cuz you’re going to make four bagels with this amount roll it into a ball and then you want to make like a rope so we’re making a rope like this and then connect it together all four of our B bagels are shaped and like I said now at this step you can add everything bagel seasoning if you want to do that sprinkle on a little bit of cheddar cheese not too much everything would stick a lot better if I did use an egg wash but since I’m not actually going to be eating an egg I just don’t really want to waste the full egg on this and I’m also going to top with some jalapenos okay now these are all ready to get in our air fryer so we’re going to pop them in here Bagel are all ready look at how look you guys m m air Fry at 280 for 15 minutes all right you guys our bagels are all done I’m about to cut into one okay I popped my little Bagel in the toaster usually I would do this with cream cheese a little salmon locks um or I would do like a breakfast sandwich with like turkey bacon and egg something like that but today we’re going simple so I’m just doing cream cheese I’m going to eat my big old clothes as the New Yorkers do and I’m also going to be eating this with this mango I saw brettman rock on Tik Tok cut this mango like super cool so I’m going to try it you cut it down the middle and then twist okay let’s try this cheers m m delicious this mangle looks kind of brown so it’s kind of creeping me out let’s try it that’s soft okay I don’t want this mango it looks Brown and it’s grossing me out but that’s how you would eat it you just like scoop it out I know this looks like not much but it does have a lot of protein because of the cottage cheese and like I said you can add even extra protein with an egg turkey bacon make it a whole sandwich all right guys that is it for breakfast I will see you later for lunch okay so I’m at Sprouts right now because I’m picking up lunch today already made breakfast I’m cooking dinner tonight and I’m not about to make lunch as well so I’ve been wanting to try these Sprouts sandwiches if you guys have seen them on Tik Tok they’re like super viral on Tik Tok and apparently they’re like the best sandwich ever they have all these different kinds I don’t even know which one is is like the one to get but I’m going to just get what I feel like getting this has been on my list to try guys like I’ve been wanting to come here for like over a week to try them and today is finally the day so I’m going to let you know if they are worth the hype and I think they have like a soup and sandwich combo so I might get like the half sandwich with the soup I’m going to get Julie sandwich as well so let’s see what these sandwiches are talking about we’re also going to get food to make dinner right now so let’s go inside all right you guys I got the sandwich they didn’t have soup so I I just got the sandwich the combo is actually with chips so I got Julius the combo with chips but for myself just got the sandwich and I did a build your own I got sour dough bread turkey lettuce tomato onion Mayo mustard avocado and hot pepper cheese and I asked for it toasted I heard they have like some kind of dressing but I forgot to ask for it so I didn’t get that oh and the sandwich was only $5.99 so that’s pretty good price for the sandwich look at how big it is it’s huge and they stuffed that them look at that ooh look at that toasting okay oh my gosh wow wow oh yeah this is so good this is better than Jersey mics better than Firehouse Subs better than if you made it at home this thing is so darn good and way cheaper than other places and the cool thing you can go order at the counter you just like write your on your little ticket and then you leave it there and you can like go shopping and everything until they make your sandwich so I went shopping for dinner items and then came back back picked up my sandwich paid and left definitely worth the hype 10 out of 10 with the avocado shmear and this is so big I’m definitely only going to be able to eat half of this Tick Tock wasn’t lying I think I’m going to go on a hunt to try like every sandwich and see who has the best sandwich rout so far is top of the list top of the top I know I like everything and I say like M to everything cuz I’m such a foodie but like I’m not kidding you guys that sandwich is amazing I need to get home though and finish eating my sandwich at home because Julius is starving and waiting for me so I’ll see you guys later for dinner hey J is going to try the viral Sprout sandwich what did you get in yours you don’t even know cuz I got it for you you got I got you turkey provolone lettuce onion Mayo mustard toasted on sourdough looks good huh you guys ever seen those Tik toks it’s like damn hurry up and do it like just just do it like yeah no I’m just fine Daniel that’s a big bite good is that not like the best sandwich you’ve ever had M it’s actually really good right what do you rate it 10 mhm that thing is smacking way better than Jersey miks way better than Firehouse Jimmy John all that and guess how much it costs how much 5.99 for that big sandwich isn’t that a good deal mhm and I got you some barbecue chips with it in water all right it is now dinner time and like I said I’m trying to do the easy route of dinner tonight so I’m actually making a sheet pan recipe so everything that we’re going to be eating tonight is all going to go in one pan and in the oven so it’s just like a little bit of prep maybe like 10 minutes of prep and then just throw it in the oven and don’t have to think about it anymore so I’m making like a lemon garlic chicken with potatoes and asparagus so first I’m going to prepare the marinade going to need some olive oil and I don’t really have that much left so I’m just going to pour all of this now we’re going to add some fresh minced garlic lots of garlic you never have too much actually you can’t have too much but we’re going heavy okay now we’re going to juice some [Music] lemons Dijon mustard pepper and then I’m going to add some of this buttery garlic and herb from Kinders and some lemon pepper okay so our marinade is prepped now we’re going to get started on our veggies so we got some potatoes here I’m going to wash these cut these up now we’re going to cut up our onion next we’re going to throw some asparagus in there cut off the bottom of the stems okay I washed my chicken now I’m going to cut off a little bit of the nasty parts then I’m going to slice my chicken in half so it’s not so thick and it Cooks through and now we’re going to add our chicken in here and I’m going to season all of the veggies and chicken a little bit I know I have that marinade but I still want to add a little bit of garlic powder on here little onion powder little bit more lemon pepper seasoning I didn’t add that much in the mar so it’s not going to be that salty a little bit more of the garlic and herb seasoning some [Music] paprika and now we can add ol of our marinade you just kind of want to spread that around make sure everything gets coated all right here’s what it’s looking like and now I’m going to put this in the oven at 4:25 and I’m just going to check on it I’m not sure how long it’s going to take yet I’m going to start with like 25 minutes and then keep checking it I forgot to add my lemon slices so I’m going to take this little bit out and throw these on real quick all right you guys I think that this is just about done okay dinner is done this was one of the easiest dinners I’ve ever made let’s try it and see if it’s actually any good cuz I’ve never even made it before taste test actually want some hot sauce this would be really good with some taziki but I just didn’t feel like making all that but that would go great with this m yummy we’re being a super quick easy meal this is really good I love the lemon I’m like a big lemon garlic type of girl that chicken is so flavorful all right guys there you have it for my what I eat in a day I’m going to finish eating my dinner off of camera it’s been such a busy
