second strawberry match of the day it’s [Music] incredible well well well in the first for the first time in a year I I got sick so right after I film this so anyway that’s my that’s why my voice sounds the way that it does but we were visiting family in San Diego and we stayed in a water damaged building and I kind of feel my body fighting something off for a while but it finally overtook me and Bam so anyway we’re starting off breakfast with I always start off with 30 gram of protein this is my combo this is my winning combo right here 30 g of protein 10 G of fiber and then some kind of fruit vegetable that’s what I try to hit in the morning protein fiber fruit vegetable for breakfast so we have a really easy way to do that is the two eggs is about 12 grams and then the grass-fed sausages are 10 grams and then depending on how much yogurt I do on the side is like anywhere from 15 to 20 G so it actually gets up to close to 40 G and then the berries are super rich in fiber also feed the good bacteria in our gut this is just such a perfect way to start off the day blood sugar regulation wise and nothing is better than a crock-pot dinner and nothing is easier than a crock-pot dinner so local grass-fed meat goes in and then this sauce this date lady sauce is something else it’s out of this world delicious it has the best ingredients and it’s just so easy so now it’s time to go for a little walk take me out and go to the farm [Music] [Music] [Music] so this strawberry MAA seriously is my whole entire personality now I’m just kidding but it’s so good and so easy to make so fresh local strawberries into the saucepan a little bit of coconut sugar and a little bit of local honey mash it up I do like 2 tablespoons at the bottom with my Peak matcha and then I add in my raw milk a little bit of ice cubes and my straw and we’re good to go and it’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted I am obsessed with [Music] this hello my friend it is beautiful day and we’re going to make a delicious lunch light and fresh so we’re going to make like a fruit salad not like a not like a fruit salad but like a fruit salad you know what I mean fresh mint mint in here from the farm I’m failing at my herb garden not failing everything was looking really good but I’m like scared to use my herbs how silly is that like I don’t want to cut them all away and then they all go away is that the whole point that they grow back quickly I just got this wild red aruga there’s nothing like a super delicious salad I’m excited for summer okay so as you know we just got back from Tahoe but it was really nourishing and I just have been really enjoying like spontaneity and I feel like that kind of comes with summertime just just the nature of Summer just being spontaneous and more fun and everything it just life feels very vibrant I’ve been working on basically the blood chemistry that you will be able to do like you’ll you’ll see I’ve been working on that these are going to going to be so good the mint leaves are part of the salad ooh I cannot wait also I got these activated um sprouted almonds which I’m very excited about for the crunch this is going to be an amazing salad ooh an avocado you know when you just feel like you’re just you just crushed it that’s exactly how I feel right now feel like I crushed this salad standard dressing is olive oil apple cider vinegar and honey but I’m out of my coconut aminos today and I normally would add those in cuz that makes it so good but I just do like a capful of apple cider vinegar a little bit of a drizzle of olive oil and then some honey to sweeten it up oh gosh I hope be very careful okay that’s probably good okay and it is amazing okay here we go my gosh that is so good 10 out of 10 SP Bell could be one of the best salads that I’ve ever made oh that looks amazing that is a beautiful salad oh delicious I have a very hungry hungry helper this just might be the best Sal that I’ve ever made okay it’s really shaking on okay okay there we go sometimes I dream about opening up a restaurant and I’m like this is how I want my food to taste at a restaurant you know this is my second strawberry match of the day this drink is the best drink of all time of all time I’ve been working on a new blood chemistry it’s not I guess it is a program I’m basically working on something where you’re able to Simply read your own blood and help your own cells it’s amazing so I’m working on that I’m finally working on that so I’ve been really working on that and I just feel like working outside with my umbrella and doing that but um there’s my ice that I made for the matcha it’s been really filling me up to work on that so that’s really fun something that I was thinking about recently is how I want to really lower stress in my ludal phase specifically as you know I’m in the preconception phase of life and really focusing on that but something that I really I I would say I really didn’t talk about it just because it was never something that I felt like I experienced in my mind but I just sometimes would feel really anxious and I and it was more so like a pounding heart like I would just feel it in my body like my heart would just be racing I’d be sitting on the couch I just be going about my day and I feel fine but I felt anxious within my own body just with the racing heart like I never fully felt relaxed and I just thought for a long time well I just need to like you know relax or even in my prayers like I I and that’s the thing I was I I’m always praying you know I’m always just talking to God and just you know and I feel like I do my best to really live a life where I’m you know you know not carrying my wores and everything like that but so that being said I really didn’t understand why for a long time especially when I was really hypothyroid like years ago when I was 18 I would feel so anxious all the time especially when I was really low thyroid really low energy really struggling with thyroid and I I would have that really pounding racing heart just like that feeling like your heart is beating out of your chest I just tried to you know calm down breathe all those things and nothing really ever helped me when your body is experiencing that stress High cortisol you burn through minerals when you don’t have adequate salt or sodium your adrenaline can really get out of hand salt helps to lower adrenaline and keep adrenaline in check so now anytime I have that feeling of like my heart kind of just feels like I just feel anxious within my body that’s one thing that really helped me a lot was when I learned that sodium helps to lower adrenaline is responsible for that so and it really can help out and has really helped me personally in those moments especially when I don’t really understand I’m like it’s you know I’m I’m feeling okay like I feel good but my body is feeling it that’s when I really lean into okay this is probably my body saying hey we need a little bit more minerals specifically sodium anyway that’s something that’s really helped me is getting enough sodium and specifically when I do feel that with my heart really just taking a second and ripping open an element pack and having that to really calm me down and it really does help so much to really calm my body down which is really amazing because before I just felt like I needed to calm down and I and I struggled to do that I struggled to get my heart rate to come down and then when I would simply just have a little bit of salt have a little bit of sodium I would notice wow I feel I feel so much better I don’t feel that racing heart anymore and so really amazing when I learned that thing when I learned that salt lowers adrenaline I just was like wow I love minerals even more more wanted to share that with you because it’s one thing that I’ve really specifically focused on myself so I’m going to make my little hydration drink right now because earlier I was actually I was taking my binders earlier for my mold but now I’m going to make a little hydration drink I’m getting low on my grapefruit so sad so good something that’s really really helped me a lot too especially in my ludal phase when I wasn’t when I really was super super low progesterone I would really really feel that as well just not relaxed very anxious and my body I would have been like Cambria the one cherries that I was eating earlier with lunch I don’t know what these gold ones are called but they’re absolutely delicious then we got our cilantro parsley dill and mint I don’t know where oh the Dill’s in here I picked up more carrots lemons restocked our onions these are awesome for roasting for dinner like just to make or even like a nissu salad these purple potatoes are so delicious I had this orange when we were coming home from mesina we at our hotel they actually had they chopped up the oranges and put it on top of the yogurt and it was amazing like I never thought to put usually I just think of like putting berries on yogurt but the orange was phenomenal so I’m going to try that I think I’m going to try that out tomorrow and then I got some strawberries blueberries and then of course my mellow grapefruit which is literally my favorite thing ever I am absolutely obsessed with these mellow grapefruit oh and then I also did get some potatoes which I’m going to make tonight we have our grass-fed short ribs on over there which we also get from our local farm so we’re going to have those and then our potatoes and then I think I’m just going to whip up like a little side of veggies oh and and I did get the Cucumber so that was actually really fun uh this is another zucchini but it was fun to see all the different seasonal produce today at the farm so that’s my little that’s our little Farmers Market haul for today all right for our side little veggie tonight we’re going to do a carrot salad cuz I just felt like it would be super easy so I’m just going to do some olive oil maybe add a little bit more some honey I am not going to measure any of this to maybe like a table spon tablespoon honey we’re going to do some Dion mustard couple table teaspoons of that one two talk about an easy dinner P lemon throw in the parsley mix that in maybe add a little bit more olive oil lots of salt M that is perfect are you mashing it up honey yeah 2 tbspoon of butter perfect tablespoon of ghee okay super good ghee and then a nice tablespoon of salt look at that Mash look at that technique perfect that’s perf bouille bouille okay hand me yours it’s incredible literally a better than a restaurant this is insane are you loving it that meat is just so good look at that it’s unfair this probably the easiest one I’ve ever done though it took me 2 seconds to put it in the crock pot m is that yummy it’s incredible this is the two s the two date sauces is the sweet chili and then the barbecue yeah and then uh a little bit of the apple vinegar that’s it and salt really yeah that is literally the easiest dinner ever yeah I want this for my birthday how nice is it out here honey even though it’s a little bit foggy it’s so nice huh yeah so I got new Chargers you know they go underneath why they called Chargers I don’t know why they’re called Chargers I’m pretty sure they’re called a charger mats place mat that’s how I know them I think it’s called the charger pretty sure they’re so cute they’re seashells they’re like retan Robin for the kitchen for kitchen outside they were on sale like 50% off as much as you want what is that that’s the fat babe this is insane how good it is this is incredible this is like Michelin stuff come on baby we got this at a restaurant be the greatest thing at at a restaurant good food will make you praise the Lord so I I will say this this kind of food makes me so like literally happy it’s that good it mess it affects my mood kiss baby honey I love the backyard so much that was amazing absolutely amazing and my strawberry Macho was amazing even when we go out and eat that nice restaurant so that’s fun but man there’s nothing like homecook Meals by you a that’s nice honey so good it’s a joy to eat this good oh you’re so cute no I’m not lying it is I know you’re being serious very thankful for that a that makes me happy I’m going to watch a mold seminar now it’s good you help a lot of people out ooh the trigger and the fire pit it’s summertime next week yesterday was such a delicious nourishing day of eats I’m telling you from the moment that we it’s so crazy once I’ve studied mold ever since I got my pathogen test back and I saw the mold antibodies in my body I was like wo and now that I’ve learned so much more about mold I immediately when we were down in San Diego with our family I immediately could smell the like the musty mold smell and then I know how to look for water damage now and I immediately could see that there was a leak in the ceiling which is exactly where the bathtub was and anyway mold is the most powerful immunosuppressant and I should have just like I tried to stay outside as much as I can but when I ended up staying in like a hotel down the street but I just think like just going in and out of the house and anyway I’ve just learned a lot and it doesn’t surprise me I told Bo I was like it won’t surprise me if we get sick after this so I feel like feel like my body did a really good job at fighting it off for a really long time anyway feels really good to just be getting enough protein and just fiber and healthy fats after all of our traveling and I’m just really I feel like it really and it’s crazy it’s really crazy to see even how my ovulation was affected because I feel like my body was kind of fighting something and I wasn’t as consistent with my protein and carbs it really is amazing how foundational and just how simple things really can be just like getting enough protein getting enough fiber but for so long I didn’t do those things I did not get enough regularly I I thought that I was but I definitely wasn’t and even to see just cuz we were traveling more and I wasn’t as on top of like protein carbohydrate fat you know balancing blood sugar fiber my matches I wasn’t having my matches every day cuz we were gone and um and then obviously now knowing that I got sick just even seeing that it’s so interesting to see a difference in my ovulation very thankfully I ovulated if you saw a couple videos ago and I was tracking um L8 strips and just even just body just intuitively knowing the signs of ovulation so you know and temperature everything like that but just really cool to see the difference in temperature rise it’s just really interesting to see how it really does really what you eat and how you live really makes such a huge and just even what your body is going through unknowingly makes such a big difference on your health very interesting so now I’m going to go lay right here and I’m going to listen to another lecture on blood chemistry I hope that you drink all the strawberry machas and get all your protein and your fiber and your fats and your carbohydrate and you just can nourish your
