sharing my favorite quick snacks for the busy girl starting with overnight oats these are delicious just combine oats cocoa powder chia seeds chocolate chips your milk of choice your turned up chocolate protein powder and just mix it up you may have to add some more oat to it’s a little bit too watery but you can’t go wrong with this just pop it in the refrigerator and take it out when you’re ready to eat this is heavy so I made about two to four servings for me but I promise you it’s delicious next up we have these veggie bites you can get so creative with these but I’m just adding red pepper green pepper and some Tomatoes grab your eggs put them in a bowl and whisk whisk whisk I like to add a little bit of milk but that’s just preference once all mixed add your veggies and pour them into a muffin tin then top with cheese and throw them in the oven for about 20 minutes once done cool and eat as you desire enjoy foreign
