Here is what you’ll need!

INGREDIENTS
1½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1½ cup chickpea, drained
1½ cup cucumber, diced
â…“ cup red onion, chopped
â…“ cup parsley, chopped
½ cup olive, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

For dressing:
1 cucumber, grated
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 garlic clove, crushed
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

PREPARATION
1. Put sliced Cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, chickpeas, sliced olives, chopped red onion, diced avocado, chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and give them a good mix.
2. For dressing, mix cucumber, garlic, yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Serve and Enjoy! 🙂
