COOKING WITHOUT LIMITS
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 VERY RIPE BANANAS
VEGETABLE OIL ¾ CUP
3 EGGS
¾ CUP SUGAR
1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
PINCH OF SALT
2.5 CUPS OF ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING SODA
2 TBSP SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
INSTRUCTIONS:
IN A BOWL, ADD PEELED BANANAS AND MASH THEM VERY WELL
ADD EGGS, SUGAR, OIL, VANILLA EXTRACT AND MIX THEM TOGETHER
IN A SEPARATE BOWL, TAKE FLOUR AND ADD SALT AND BAKING SODA TO IT.
NOW MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS IN WET MIXTURE AND MIX SLOWLY WITH A SPATULA UNTIL A THICK BATTER FORMS.
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350F.
GREASE A LOAF PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY AND PLACE A PARCHMENT PAPER
POUR THE MIXTURE IN THE LOAF PAN AND SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ON TOP
BAKE IT FOR 50-60 MINS UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. FOR LAST 10 MINS, COVER IT WITH FOIL AND COOK, TO MAKE SURE ITS COOKED ALL THE WAY IN.
COOL IT ON A COOLING RACK, CUT IT INTO THICK PIECES AND SERVE.
