Marinate:
2 Hijou Natural Pastured Chicken – 1/2
3 tbsp White Sugar
3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp White Pepper
6 – 8 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, rehydrated
2 tbsp Shiitake Water
20 g Angelica Root (Dong Gui)
20 g Codonopsis Root (Dang Shen)
20g Astragalus (Huang Qi)
16 Red Dates (Jujube)
10 g Wolfberry (Goji Berries)
3 pcs Dried Sliced White Yam (Optional)
Cover with foil and steam for at least 50 mins.
