[Music] [Music] [Music] hello everyone how’s everyone doing today so it’s another beautiful day for me to film a video for you all and it’s 15th of June and uh now I’m going to pick up my son from work and there will be lots of traffic too it’s Saturday morning she love hands guys I want a cheese toasty you want it how you want it I want it burnt just kidding I want it like toasted cheese yeah time to make some cheese uh sandwich for Isa so I’m just uh spreading some butter uh this is a regular spread and then I’m just adding some shredded cheese here with lots of salt pepper and chili flakes and then I’ll just put this inside the sandwich press just like this it’s very simple and Isa just loves it Like This Ti oh oh TI cute [Music] guys that’s a Sal of outfit it’s giving e h yeah NE one two three one two three one two three oh gosh bye oh now it doesn’t good it’s toasted you like it this way yeah let’s see how you do it hold it like this always hold it like like this now I I’ll teach [Laughter] you I’m cutting with a wrong knife always hold like this here like this and then C okay see [Music] so today I decided to make a very healthy dinner with no oil at all so I’m going to make this chopped spinach this one is really good I always get it from Co and when the pot is hot I added the onion straight away I then added the spinach two packets and some chopped garlic salt chili and uh yeah I will cook this for a while like you don’t have to cook this uh too much on the high flame I’m cooking and uh literally little later I added this chickp uh in it like this one is also from Cod and like this is my favorite dish this goes well with anything you just can eat with rice Roti chapati or any of your favor uh thing like I like it so much it’s really healthy and this way you will get your vegetables and uh uh like protein too and then I was just uh making some chicken here I just mixed all the spices here like uh coriander powder garam masala um turmeric powder uh salt uh and then added this ch the chicken and potato dice like literally I didn’t added any oils I just added bit of water while uh like mixing the spice so that the spice don’t bin and like literally this is just so easy and literally such a healthy way to uh make it for the whole family and yeah this was ready like in five minutes this uh is ready like literally just takes 5 minutes uh and it’s my favorite you can try this recipe and literally since I got this water purifier like literally I love it I’m just using it every day and if you haven’t watched the last video it’s up on my channel where we unboxed it and yeah I was making some Roy here I mixed a whole milal flour and some plain flour I will say like two cups of whole milal flour with half cup of white plain flour like uh uh Isa loves Roy she’s the one who eats Roy uh here at our home like hubby stopped eating it too but he eats it when I make it and I eat it too when I make it uh the healthiest way I used to make it with the White Plain flow a lot then I decided to to like use whole milal flour a long time ago so since that time I’m using whole milal flour like but still you have to like t uh every now and then and cook properly and the chicken was ready and the surwa like the soup was not that thick so I mix some corn flour here and added some corn flour uh like I love uh thin soup but uh today I thought I’ll add some cornflour and yeah the potato was just like that I didn’t MH any potato added lots of coriander like coriander makes the curry very very tasty and then yeah it’s done like it was really really delicious kids like it so much and we usually eat our dinner uh in between 4 to 5:00 p.m. it was like nearly 4:30 so and this is my dinner this chuty recipe is in the previous blog if you want to know how’s the dinner it’s really good but I can’t even eat without these two EAS see is is getting angry and look how jelly is working she she looks like a kangaroo the little one what do you call the little Jo is yeah how’s the Roti it’s your favorite yeah how’s the chicken yeah very good very good yeah today I made the food without oil no oil it’s yummy now yeah I didn’t add any oil chicken curry without oil it’s yummy how is that even possible it is you just add onion in the dry pot and all the Masala put it in and add some water cooking water so this is it for this video thank you so much for watching until next time bye [Music] [Music]
