Breakfast: I start my day with a bowl of oatmeal with fruit and almond milk. This is a low-calorie, high-fiber meal that keeps me full and energized throughout the morning.
Snacks: I make sure to have healthy snacks like carrots and hummus, yogurt with fruit, or a handful of almonds between meals. This helps me avoid the temptation to reach for junk food.
Lunch: For lunch, I opt for a salad with lean protein such as grilled chicken or tofu, mixed with a variety of colorful vegetables and a low-fat dressing.
Dinner: I try to have a light dinner of grilled or baked fish or chicken with a side of steamed vegetables and a small serving of brown rice.
Beverages: I stick to water, green tea, or unsweetened herbal tea as my beverages of choice. These are low in calories and help keep me hydrated.
In addition to these meals, I make sure to limit my consumption of processed foods, sugar, and saturated fat. I also try to stay active, whether it’s going for a walk, doing yoga, or taking a dance class.

this is what I needed to lose weight in a calorie deficit I started my morning off with some water and then I tried a kombucha for the first time and I didn’t know you weren’t supposed to shake it so it just exploded all over my kitchen but I did really like it breakfast was a hash brown sandwich with egg cheese and hot sauce then for lunch I made a buttered parmesan pasta with a side of broccoli dinner was homemade smothered fries these are like nacho style I was obsessed with the Truffle fries Taco Bell had a few months ago and I got rid of them so I recreated the recipe at home dessert was half a pine of Halo top with some chocolate syrup and these were my total calories for the day
