so I lost 10 lb and it’s not from theic it’s from my diet I have learned so many quick and easy high protein low calorie foods that you can make super cheap at home along with exercising and moving my body every single day along with fasted cardio in the morning if you want to learn everything that I’ve done to get to this point and get as fit as I can for hot girl summer thank you watching [Music] good morning it is 700 a.m. I have a workout at 8: and I wanted to do a fun video today where we kind of go over like my workout schedule and my eating schedule and before like anybody gets triggered what works for me may not work for you you have to search up how many calories you have to eat everybody’s different like everybody’s diet is different I’m not promoting anything I not a trainer and I am not an eating like person this is just simply what I EA today if you get triggered by these things e there’s so many things you can do on the internet you don’t have to watch this video this is like I don’t know these are like taboo things that I wish that I knew when I felt like you know I was like stuck with my weight and I I felt very stagnant because I would go to the gym but I felt like I was still was gaining weight and I was like what is going on you know but yeah this is what I eat in a day what I do to work out in a day and all that fun stuff but here’s my workout outfit today I’m wearing this pink set from White Fox I really like they’re so cute this little pink SE white box they also have like the leggings and stuff but yeah here’s my code add nwf it’s a same money I’m white box a they don’t allow doggies at the gym anymore I’m sorry love you and I’ll be right back so for the morning I normally skip out on breakfast cuz I want to do fasted cardio that just basically I just like to fast and I feel like fasting I’ve been doing a lot of research on it and it’s a lot easier than counting your calories and honestly there shows more results in fasting than counting your calories which you know I still do but yeah I don’t know there’s this book that I’m reading it’s called fast like a girl and it is really really really good and it’s it’s there’s a lot of benefits to fasting too I feel like a lot of people will be like oh my God fasting is like eating disorder like no it’s it’s actually really healthy and like if you have diabetes or you’re prone to diabetes it’s also really good for like your glucose and everything there’s a lot to it and I’m not I’m not like super scientific about it but I just read it and I I can’t tell to you right now but I like to pass so I’m not eating breakfast before my workout it’s fine to have something little like I just have this Alani energy drink and it has like 10 calories in it or you can do black coffee if you really wanted to but yeah that’s what I like to do I’m going to drink this during my workout and yeah I don’t know what we’re going to hit today I kind of want to hit legs I don’t know we’ll see I’ve been hitting a lot of shoulder and back recently but I did just get my tattoo removal I’m like M it might be a little sore still so I kind of want to do my legs she’s fully healed like it’s I think it’s fine to work out ooh the pink Tesla is here there’s someone with a pink Tesla at my gym and I love their carop [Music] ising heavy now we’re going to do some Bulgarian split squats all done now we’re going to head home and I have a couple things I want to do need a shower I have some brand deals that I need to do as well and a little couple errands come on Roll voice okay there’s always crazy cars on the gym the Cyber truck it’s nuts I’m feeling good that was a good workout normally what I do is I’ll go and do like the cold plunge and the red light therapy but I wasn’t able to get booked in for today I love some good coal plch love a good red light therapy saunas are really beneficial for you like if you are ever sick they literally called in I think it’s like Sweden I learned this at the Nordic Spa they were like it’s called a SAA but whenever you’re six they’re always like oh just go in the sauna and you’ll sweat it all right out there’s so many benefits to the sauna and red light therapy like people literally say red light therapy is better than Botox it’s really good with its healing properties that’ actually be really good for my tattoo let me just check that nobody’s in there Oh yay the cold plge is in the other room so I’m not going to do that right now but I’m going do a red light therapy and then going be [Music] saw this is my tattoo update it’s a little bit better but I’m hoping within the next couple sessions we’re able to get rid of it I’m done I’m going to head home hey cutie hi [Music] okay I just got off a meeting with my manager we were talking about like content ideas and stuff that we can focus on oh my God all the text messages but feel really good about it and I don’t know I feel like I was kind of stuck with like the type of YouTube videos that I want to film I feel like I kept doing the same ones over and over where it’s like you know organizing cleaning you know getting my life together productive day of my life you know I feel like it’s like the same thing over and over but I feel like that’s not necessarily a bad thing like there’s a lot of YouTubers where like it’s literally the same concept over and over but it’s like I don’t know it’s like FaceTiming with your friend like it doesn’t have to be like a crazy concept like it could just be like as long as I don’t know it’s just like consistent it’s like FaceTiming your friend and like I don’t know if you guys have any video ideas please let me know in the comments because sometimes I feel a little stuck like I have like today we’re going to do what I eat in a day and working out and we were talking about how like sometimes um I think my rug making Vlog where I literally made like this rug and my Hello Kitty rug was one of my top performing YouTube shorts so I don’t know my manager was like oh maybe you could do like more art Vlogs cuz like not a lot of people do that I don’t know I used to do that back in the day where like we would paint for my house and like fun things like that I feel like and I I love doing art Vlogs and stuff like that it like makes me so happy to do art and like tap into that divine feminine energy and you know but yeah currently it is 11:00 p.m. I try and start my eating window at like 12 and then maybe stop at around 7 or 8 but I don’t limit myself like you can the thing about fasting is like you have your eating window and then your your body Burns off when you’re not eating so yeah I’m going to film I have this like Neutrogena brand deal so I’m going to film that for Tik Tok I’m going to change and get a little bit ready and then film this and then and hopefully by the time I’m done it’ll be noon and then we can get on with our first meal of the day okay I just finished my Nea brand deal I showed you guys everything that’s in my travel bag and I’m going to grease at the end of the month so I have like my bag it says MOS on it cuz I bought it in MOS I just thought it was super fitting but at least I know my travel bag is all packed but it’s noon now so I’m going to make my first meal of the day breakfast/lunch I’m so excited to show you guys because this is like mine Andre and Sierra’s new like hyper fixation meal I also just saw the delivery man on the ring camera and I think that we got a package and I think it’s from my box wo these are our her but yeah these are all of my clothes for grease I’m so excited to show you guys everything I got I think before I start I’m going to do a little bit of dishes I just have to empty this out and then put this [Music] in okay I’ve done the dishes I’m not going to run it cuz I’m going to use some dishes anyways to do some breakfast but I’m so excited to show you so I’ve shown you guys by the way look I made a little cake for me and my boyfriend yesterday I’m going to give it to him today but I’ve shown you guys like the fet and eggs that I’ve done how many eggs are in here two but today I’m going to show you guys a super easy where’s my saage cheese here it is my super easy breakfast that you can do actually I think I’m just going to use the egg cooker so I’m just going to throw this in the dishwasher and then run it cuz that we can get that going just thing I wanted to throw in this P start but you can just boil your eggs like normal but I have this little egg cooker and I love this little egg cooker I think it’s like 20 bucks at Target but it just like is so foolproof when you make eggs so I like my eggs to be a little bit more on the runnier side so I’ll take it out before she sings cuz it sings when it’s done also all my eggs I always go to the farmers market the farmers market eggs are the best and they’re like $8 they’re cheaper and you know that they’re better so and then as we wait for the eggs to cook I’m going to show you guys what I [Music] do see this is what I what happens when I try to be [Music] aesthetic and then this is my favorite cottage cheese I never liked cottage cheese growing up but for some reason this brand is so good it literally has there’s so there’s four servings per container 80 calories and 14 g of protein which is really really really good we really want to have a lot of protein especially for working out and it just keeps you full so I’m going to have a good amount like that and then the last thing are the eggs you want to boil the eggs for about like 6 minutes for it still be a little bit runny I hope that I did it right cuz it’s different with the ASMR I’m going to peel it over the garbage blue here’s the eggs the eggs are ready then I have my eggs I’m just going to cut my eggs in half Tada ooh I like it when it’s running like that but yeah that’s basically what I’ll have for like breakfast SL lunch and then I’ll reward myself with a little coffee I’ve also been trying to drink less coffee people say that it’s better for I mean well I did have caffeine earlier this morning but people say that it’s better for you to not drink coffee the first hour that you wake up which I guess like well I woke up at like 7 we didn’t start working out till like 8 so I guess it’s not too bad but I love my coffee this is the coffee that I I try and only do black coffee or like cold brew because it’s a lot healthier for you it’s really just like the sweeteners that really add up and so one thing that I really found that changed my diet and changed my body drastically is eating and drinking out you don’t realize how many calories are in like you know those Starbucks coffees or like the coffees that you get on when they’re to go like a lot of times those coffees are like 300 to 500 calories which is like insane just this this whole thing amount per serving this four servings per container so 15 1530 there’s 60 calories in this whole thing that’s nuts and then sometimes like you know I’ll treat myself this like creamer just to like show you how crazy it is like one tablespoon is 20 calories and you know at Starbucks they’re using a lot of sweeteners and a lot of other things so I don’t know I’m trying to cut back on my sweets because I feel like sugar is an addiction and diabetes runs in my family so it’s really something that I’m trying to get a hold of because friends of my family like my mom has it my aunt has it my Grandma had it like my whole family has diabetes so I’m trying to cut back on the sugar and I feel like I definitely did have a sugar addiction but I do feel like the less you have the less you’re addicted to it that’s why I’m a huge snacker and it’s really bad like that’s that’s what gets me is the snacking like I could eat like super healthy like this but then go with the snacking like back in the day now I try to do like snacks that you know are fun but a little bit healthier like I have like my carrot sticks and I’ll have it with just like some dip or like hummus or something like that this is like a guilty pleasure I don’t know how healthy this is but I love olives olives are like my new this is like garlic stuffed olives it’s like my new hyper fixation recently I don’t know how healthy that is for you but they’re healthier than if I were to have like chips like I used to the thing is I feel like I have seen such a drastic change in my body because I used to eat like a whole bag of chips almost every single night every other night like every weekend for sure like it was so bad like a whole bag of chips I would just eat all to myself not even share with my boyfriend I would eat it all to myself and give blue a couple chips it was like so bad and I didn’t realize I had I was binge eating at the time but I was and it wasn’t like I was like depriving myself of anything I was just like binge eating because I was getting high every night and like you know you get the munchies and stuff like that so I’m trying to cut back on the snacking and I haven’t been getting high every day cuz I feel like that’s a huge thing m one thing that we can add to make it cute is look at my little spice drawer I’m proud of my little spray Store look it I love everything but the bagel seasoning I put it on everything also I’m obsessed obsessed obsessed obsessed with the lenux what is it called spice Village I’m just going to put a little ta just to make it cute but I’m obsessed with the Linux spice Village and I want to get it for like it’s a cute little insert photos here they’re little houses and they’re like hand painted but they’re like $1,000 on eBay of people who like have the set so I like I’ll set my alarm on cuz sometimes they have bids and they’re like cheaper but they always end up being like $1,000 but I’m obsessed my friend Aubrey is trying to make it by hand like she does Ceramics so she’s trying to make the little houses by hand and they’re soing cute and I was like girl you need to make custom ones like marijuana like imagine like rolling peers like in the little spice Village that’d be soing cute well yeah and then eggs have been my best friend there’s so many ways you can eat eggs eggs are such high protein and low calorie yeah I’ll alternate from like this breakfast to the Tik Tok um viral fed on egg recipe I showed you guys that in another vlog and I feel like fasting isn’t so bad at first I was like oh my God cuz I went up my boyfriend was the one that actually introduced me to this cuz he like took Health classes and he took like nutrition classes and everything so he’s fasted like almost his whole life and he’s so skinny eats like [ __ ] I don’t get it um I think it’s literally just his genetics but he’d be like yeah like you don’t like try not having breakfast and like having your fasting window a little bit longer and then you extend it a little longer like you don’t want to go like full in like maybe just like you know do 1 hour at a time like a little bit later and a little bit later now I’m able to eat from noon to like 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. so that’s like my eating window and I can eat whatever I want like of course like I’m mindful about you know the calories and like not eating a whole bag of chips but honestly fasting has been a lot easier for me than just like counting calories I feel like when I was counting calories and like you know eating in the morning and stuff like that I was like always just like hungry I I don’t know I feel like your body gets used to the fasting and I don’t know it just becomes easier and easier I don’t know but this is me Andre and Sierra’s new hyper fixation meal we always make this when we go over to Si’s house but I’m going to eat my breakfast SL lunch and maybe we can open up that white fox package I’ll show you guys like my healthy snack options and then I don’t know what my boyfriend wants for dinner tonight but I’ll show you guys like my everyday super easy dinner routine because it literally takes 5 minutes to do I feel like when I figure out one recipe I’m able to just like redo it like I always have one recipe that I’m like hyper fixated on and then I just do it all the time I don’t know that’s what works for me and like I don’t mind not having like a huge variety of food like I’m not like a super picky person like if the food is there I’m going to eat it I feel like that’s how I’ve always been like my parents just like raise me that way it’s like you get what you get you don’t get a say you just eat it I don’t know I’m not like a picky person I’m also not like one of those chicken nugget people that like they all they eat is chicken nuggets I’m like girl like did you see my Tik Tok I literally ate like some moving like octopus like local Koreans literally said that they don’t even eat that [ __ ] like I will try anything once as long as I know I’m not going to get sick or like it’s anything crazy I’ll try anything I feel like I’m not a picky eater but do have a sugar addiction and I feel like I kind of like got under control with the whole fasting thing too look at Blue she found one little sliver of sun she loves sunbathing does anyone else’s dogs love sunbathing like this hi I see you she’s like stop looking at me so I don’t know if I showed you guys but I got a new rug for my makeup room I think it’s so cute what do you think suits me more because I used to have like a light brown hair color and I was looking but like light brown looked kind of good but I do like black I feel like black is just like Sleek but I don’t know like I was looking at I feel like Ariana Grande her best hair was like her light brown or like that medium brown color and then I look at Madison Beer and like she does light brown but I feel like she looks better dark I don’t know what do you think I look better in lighter BR dark brown hair I don’t really know but I got this anyways and then it had the matching long song with right so if you allow yourself to have anything that you want a lot of my friends who are super fit super healthy they eat whatever they want but it’s all about portion control because I feel like I used to go crazy and I used to eat like a whole dozen of donuts which is not okay okay so now I’m like okay like we can have one donut or like even just like split a donut with a friend like I don’t know I don’t want to like limit myself that’s why I’m like allowing myself to you know have sweets and have desserts and stuff like that but again diabetes R to my family so I’m not trying to like go too crazy but okay I’m going to go pick him up [Music] now for a snack I my new hyper fixation snack recently has been honestly dip and carrots this is soing good I know that hummus is a little bit better for you this is raw garlic fresh basil sundried Tomatoes oregano extrav virgin olive oil lemon juice salt and pepper I don’t know I really like this snack or with the extra avocado you could do like avocado toast and put like turkey on it where’s my turkey my turkey I saw Whitney Simmons always does that as a snack and it’s the best but I think for now I’m just going to eat my carrots and dip because they’re the best and I got these a Whole Foods in the pre-washed I don’t know why I hate washing fruits and vegetables like it’s literally the worst but oh wait do we open this one already we’re still eating from the other one my boyfriend like ate it clean there’s barely any in here oo o this is the best snack ever my trainer Sophie is also trying to get me to have more bone broth she’s nut she’s like doing a bodybuilding competition she completely cut out caffeine so now she’s drinking bone broth and she’s like oh yeah like your mind gets so much clearer and like it’s apparently so much better for you I can’t cut out my caffeine gr I love my caffeine this is so good but this dip I just get to the farmers market it’s called garlic Heaven you can also do humus and then the carrot sticks I just good at Whole Foods and they’re pre-washed they’re super easy I feel like when I have easy healthy snacks or stuff in the fridge that I could just grab and go it makes it so much easier for me to eat healthy when I didn’t know how to cook when I like barely knew anything like I would eat out all the time like so much fast food it’s cuz I was like over complicating what I wanted to eat in a day I would always eat chips because you could just grab chips but when you have this in the fridge it’s like already pre-washed so you don’t have to worry about it it’s just like making healthy foods easier to eat was a huge thing for me even like all I used to do meal prep videos and I’ll meal prep my eggs and I’ll hard boil them I’ll hard boil like six or eight of them so I have a good amount for the week but yeah I feel like that’s the key and then honestly like going on Tik Tok and finding super easy recipes like it doesn’t have to be complicated like finding a recipe that literally takes 5 minutes I’m going to show you guys my dinner which literally takes it’s 7 minutes sometimes less sometimes five not over complicating things and just doing things simple cuz nothing has to be too complicated you don’t have to make like a four course meal just as long as you have like healthy alternatives and healthy snack options that are easy that’s what works for me at Walmart I saw something on Tik Tok that paril and had a kitchen line ceramic nonstick frying pan with the heart- shap little thing so cute I’m going to do another video which is making heart-shaped eggs I also love the smoothies if I go to Whole Foods I’ll either get a strawberry almond or the green dream these are my favorite but today I’m going to get a strawberry almond there’s no smoothies so I got my green dream y here she is this is so good I love this one um otherwise I’ll get the strawberry almond if you don’t have an air W near you this is the Haley beer D so it’s the strawberry almond with added dates collagen and avocado if you add all this together it’s like a similar haly Bieber smoothie and it’s about like bucks instead of 20 I was going to do a what is this it’s crazy we got some snacks paper towels and for tonight we got sweet corn pork ribs peeee potatoes and some steak tenderloin steak huge haul oh Cookie Dough is you eat like [ __ ] you don’t get fat but I eat like [ __ ] and I get fat so I’m the only one getting fat I asked my boyfriend if he wants eggs for breakfast or eggs for dinner he said no so I’m going to make this tomorrow but I’m so excited and it’s the perfect size it’s a lot smaller than my other pan like this is how big my other pan is and this is how big this one is a little smaller but [Music] tada this is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen oh my god oh this is crazy also for a snack I love this reduced skilt mac and cheese it has 270 calories and 15 g of protein which isn’t like the best but it’s not the worst this is like such a fun snack I also love these Trader just seamed chicken soup dumplings this one is 250 calories with 16 g of protein this one is so good especially with spicy mayo sauce but spicy mayo sauce is so much calories okay now for dinner this is my favorite favorite favorite meal so this is what I get from Trader Joe’s I’ll get the organic jasmine rice and I already cooked top of it this is my barbecue teriak chicken this is my favorite chicken or else I’ll get the orange chicken from Trader Joe’s this one’s also good but my favorite is the barbecue Teriyaki so I’ll go to Trader Joe’s and I’ll buy like four or five of these I’ll buy so much and they’re just like the best easiest meal chicken and rice dishes are finally done and grab my hand Heart Break is one thing my e goes another I beg you don’t embarrass me mother super simple I just get my chicken normally I’ll do like half a bag and this is really good it’s 240 calories per serving there four servings per container so I’m having two servings so that’s that’s around like 500 calories and it has 31 g of protein so I’m doing 60 g of protein 500 calories it’s pretty good and on the stove top it says keep for 6 to 8 minutes okay Google set timer for 7 minutes and then this rice is so easy this is organic jasmine rice you just put it in the microwave for 3 minutes so easy and then I’ll have these two together but it also comes with the sauce a lot of times I’ll use like half the sauce cuz then it’s less calories but I’ll just run this under like hot water to warm it up a bit yeah I’m just going to run this and then this I just up open we’re going to do 3 minutes one two three yeah this is my easy 5 minute dinner but yeah one thing that I tell myself is to try and cook two meals per day at home because if you cook two meals per day at home that’s like 2/3 of your meals that’s majority of your meals are cooked at home and healthy and I’m not stressing about like going out and like having a drink and like you know worrying about how much I’m eating when I’m out like I don’t really worry about it for me it’s about the snacking like I can’t snack too much like eat a whole bag of chips or eat a whole bag of Doritos at home that’s what gets me so yeah I don’t like take it too seriously when it comes to like going out and like having fun with friends but when I’m eating at home I try to really be strict with what I allow myself to eat and everybody’s body is different like some people maybe more calories than others like everybody’s body is different so don’t just look at my video and be like oh this this works for ad it’s going to work for me do your research I went on this like calorie website it was like how many calories I should eat in a day and went on the first website and you put in like your height your body weight and everything and then it tells you how much you should be eating most people should be eating like 1,500 to 2,000 a day but I would just do your research because yeah I don’t know I’ve always been scared of doing this video because I feel like so many people take things out of context and they’re like oh like you know you shouldn’t be talking about this you’re not a real nutritionist blah blah blah but like I feel like we should make I don’t know some sort of like I feel like we should make videos like this to like you know learn a little bit more cuz I knew nothing nothing about nutrition like a couple months ago like I don’t know I wish like I would watch videos here and there but I wish that someone made a video like this for me to like just learn quick and easy like 5 minute meals and just like talk a little bit about nutrition and like hey I’m not like nutritionist but it’s better than nothing I don’t know cuz I literally knew nothing so to all the people who are going to make these videos saying how bad my eating habits are or whatever it is cuz I definitely I’m not perfect and I probably did something wrong like we can’t gate like you know we have to like talk about food like I grew up in a household where my mom didn’t teach me how to cook like we would eat out McDonald’s every single day so I didn’t know anything so that’s why I turn to YouTube videos I turn to my trainer like a lot of people no not a lot of people can afford a trainer so to just be able to give out this information for free I think it’s really good but again this new one in Huntington and it was so good and one of you guys was there there the hostess there was like a subscriber and we said hi but yeah I’m going to eat my chicken also we did my inbody scan and it was so cool cuz right now I’m at 1225 I used to be at 135 like 3 or 4 months ago I do want to get my body fat percentage down cuz it is above average but I think it is my my boobs but yeah I think it’s like a really good start I’m not perfect or anything but I think it’s so cool and it’s cool to like look at all the analytics and stuff I know that the chicken wants a little piece thises chicken want a tiny piece me and the Cutie it good job this is so good this is like literally my favorite meal and I know people are going to think this so Bland but you honestly get used to it it used to make this with broccoli too I should have did that I need to eat more greens but if you want to be really good I would eat this with broccoli a lot of times we have frozen broccoli and I’ll throw it in with the chicken my boyfriend the spicy mayo is crazy it actually looks really good though we went to Costco and I got a sweet treat who we’ve been sharing it also this on Tik Tok Paris Hilton has like a whole kitchen line and it’s soing cute look at this ceramic nonstick cast aluminum heart frying pan you make heartshaped eggs it looks like a fourleaf clover look it says parason right here on the back it’s so cute I’m so excited and then then this too girl do not play with me where the scissors honestly I wish I bought the little scissors cuz the scissors have their little heart and um I don’t need it I have sciss but I’m so excited to use these it’s the little things of life that make breakfast so fun but you guys want more cooking videos definitely let me know like
