Make your Busy Morning healthy with this amazing protein rich and nutritious breakfast.best breakfast recipe for weight loss.

Ingredients :
Horse gram 1/4 cup
Mung beans 1/4 cup
Chana dhal 1/4 cup
Toor dhal 1/4 cup
Little millet 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 inch piece
Red Chillies 6
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2, tsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Salt 1 tsp
Asafoetida powder 1/2 tsp

Wash millets and dhal 2-3 times and soak Overnight or 5-6 hrs .next day coarse grind with cumin seeds ,red Chillies,fennel seeds .add salt and asafoetida powder mix well .spread a ladle full of batter on a hot pan cook on medium heat add one tsp oil flip and cook on both sides till crispy.Serve hot with Chutney and enjoy.
