-300g 1% cottage cheese
-80g light shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
-25g @mealboosters (discount code FITFOOD) protein cheese powder (sub Kraft dinner cheese powder)
-50ml @ghughessugarfree BBQ sauce
-5g garlic powder
-salt
-260g dry elbow pasta

Directions:
-Cook and drain the elbow pasta
-In a blender, combine the rest of the ingredients until a smooth cheese sauce is made
-Pour the sauce over the Mac and cheese and combine
