asalam alikum you guys I hope you’re well inshallah so today we’re going to be doing a realistic day in the life of a stay-at home mom I guess because I’m currently staying at home and um I’m basically on maternity leave from work so yeah I just thought I record my routine with isan from 8:30 a.m. to night time morning person so basically he wakes up really happy mashah so let’s get him his milk and start the day [Music] right so I’m going to feed him now oh no no smiley faces No smiling no smiling you’re going to choke on it you will choke on the milk M where is b a little basket for him um he had lots of little bits like his wipes and toys good morning good morning alhamdulillah that he like you know those high contrast cards like all his toys are in this little box that was sent to me um on Instagram by somebody there’s like tissue pillow some of these gifts that he got that he likes to look at this little teddy is really cute um there’s also cpool in there wipes and stuff it’s just easy access for me because if I put them away in like drawers and stuff and at night I need something it’s just really difficult so what are we going to do now is hard yes I’m going to actually send him downstairs he’s basically going to be with my mom for a bit and uh my mom and dad actually have an appointment so I don’t have long um I might take a quick nap for like an hour an hour or something and when I wake up then it’ll be time to feed him again I am tired I’m so tired because I woke up like four times last night I went to sleep at 1:00 a.m. and then he was up at two I think then four then six then eight done with a nap um it was a quick an hour nap and Yas basically fed him already and he just gone to work and now I’m just going to make myself some breakfast so let’s go and do that [Music] quick nappy change for his Han right G [Music] [Music] muham [Music] all for [Music] [Applause] another [Music] 5:30 p.m. right now Yas is home he’s holding the baby and I’m making that salad um I’m making a high protein salad to help lose weight basically and I thought i’ share the recipe with you because it’s so quick and easy you will need some cucumber you can get as much as you want but it’s like 3/4 of a cucumber and one tomato I’ve got this bowl is the biggest bowl I have I’m going to put this in here um and then I’ve got some carrots it’s like one large carrot and one small carrot so one and a half so this is going in as well and then the next thing you need is some chickpeas um so I’m going to literally just like take the water out of these These are boiled chickpeas the Cann ones Roy makes you put on weight so I’m just trying to cut that at the moment so that’s everything in here and this would go in there too so that’s chickpeas red kidney beans again one can of that and because i’ I’ve made quite a lot I’m going to get y to have some tomorrow for lunch hopefully it tastes good there you go so that’s everything change of plans to I’m not going to use a green Chutney because that’s going to take long and his H is crying already so I’m going to squeeze the lemon to make it tasty yummy just give it a nice mix CH Masala right now I have Pani Puri Masala so I’m using that honestly it tastes good this is quicker than adding other spices and it won’t even taste that great yes you want to taste it my wife’s recipe DIY salad trust me it’s going to be nicer than you thought yeah yay what is it kind of one is a good thing so that’s the salad for weight loss so we’re doing that I got a lot here I’m going to save some for y for tomorrow if you can take it for lunch [Music] [Music] I’m going to put some in here for for tomorrow okay
