These snacks are for baby 6+ months as long as all of these ingredients have been introduced and Baby does not have allergies to them. Baby will love these snacks and you will, too!

RECIPES:
Sweet Potato Tater Tots (Adapted from Haute and Healthy Living):
1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
1/2 cup lentils
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup flour
1-2 tsp olive oil
Add lentils and broth to a saucepan and simmer until lentils are soft and liquid is absorbed. Combine all ingredients except oil. Form into tots and place on parchment-lined tray. Brush each with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Yogurt Melts:
Combine 1 cup of yogurt with any add-ins (I used 1/2 banana and some blueberries) using a blender. Pour mixture into a small bag, cut a tip (very small), and pour drops onto a parchment lined tray. Freeze two hours then remove and store in a container in the freezer.

Pumpkin Applesauce Muffins:
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
2 eggs
1 c pumpkin
1 c applesauce
2 tsp vanilla
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix them all together. Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes.
