Inspired by traditional Kosambari salad from Karnataka. It makes for an Easy and Quick delicious Lunch Meal. let’s make another healthy nutritious and delicious recipe this is my version of South Indian camri salad wash and soak half cup of Mo Dal for 1 to 4 hours take 1 and 1/2 cups of vegetables and chop them finely in the vegetable chopper or with hands in a pan I’ve added the vegetables and moon add 1/4 cup of fresh coconut sprinkle 2 to 3 tbsp of water cover and cook it for 3 to 5 minutes your base is ready let’s move on to the seasoning for dressing combine 1 tbsp of lemon juice and virgin olive oil in a bottle shake well roughly Crush handful of peanuts peanuts will help to make sure that there’s no extra moisture in the salad they will also give a crunch in a bowl add salt some Italian dried herbs Masala that I’ve made at home with cumin and some other seasoning mix well and combine the dressing to the salad enjoy this high protein Tangy delicious salad as your side or as your your main dish thanks for watching
