FISH OF YOUR CHOICE (2 POUNDS)
STIR FRY
THE SAUCE
1/4 STICK BUTTER
2.5 CUPS SWEET CHILIE SAUCE
1 TLBS MINCED GARLIC OR 6 GARLIC CLOVES
1 TLBS HONEY
1 TSP LEMON
1/4 STICK BUTTER
THE FISH
TABLE BLEND MRS DASH
ONION POWDER
GARLIC POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
ADD SAUCE
THE VEGGIES

hey y’all welcome back to our Channel we’re about to get into this really really really quick one pan meal recipe it’s about a 5 minute prep time 20 minute cook time okay about a 15 minute prep time if you cook your sauce the same day but one of the tips to this dish is to cook your sauce the day before or the night before sit it in the refrigerator so on that busy night when you want to make dinner really really quick you can just throw everything on the pan and put the sauce on there and it’ll be bomb okay you guys the fish I use is orange ruffy but you can use whatever fish you like okay any fish will pair perfectly with this recipe and I also did something that I rarely do and that is use frozen vegetables I love to find ways to make recipes quick easy simple but still remain reminiscent of who I am in the kitchen and this is one of my favorite recipes to do so because I use the fresh herbs we use basil th and some ba we also use some Rosemary and just place it over the fish before we put it in the oven and that makes a world of difference with with those natural flavors you’re going to season your fish and your vegetables after you pour the salce on there and we’re going to use this method throughout this video we put those seasonings on there right before we put it into the oven and right before we put those pads of butter on top that’s what really AIDS in that good old crispiness okay you do want to bake this dish on 350° for 20 minutes you want to bake your sweet potato for 40 minutes I put it in the oven for 20 minutes by itself then I go ahead and add it on the pan with the vegetables okay and put it in the oven for another 20 minutes because I like my sweet potatoes really really soft and I go ahead and butter it I butter the skin of the potato or just simply drizzle some of the avocado oil that we’re using for our vegetables on your potato again we’re using that same method where we just go ahead and put the sauce on and then we’re going to add our seasonings afterward I don’t know why you guys but I find with that method it makes whatever you’re making very very crispy and I just love crispy things even if it’s not fried I love a crunch and then to bite down into something my vegetables I love them crispy I love them crispy okay this is enough for five servings okay because I have a family of five alter this recipe as needed I hope that you guys have enjoyed this video to all of our returning subscribers thank you so much for coming back to our Channel each and every time for all of our new subscribers thank you guys so much for subscribing and y’all already know we will see you all in the next one love I love you all byee [Music] [Music] [Music] I want [Music] [Music] I want [Music] [Music] [Music] you know what I’m [Music] [Music] saying I want [Music] you
