hey guys welcome back to my channel I’m Mayra from low carb love now most of you know I’ve lost over 100 pounds so today I’m here at Costco and I’m going to show you the top 10 low carb ready to eat meal so come on let’s [Music] go all right guys so for ready to eat meals you cannot go wrong with Vira Vira takes so long to cook if you’ve ever tried to make it or you know someone that’s made it this is like an all day project it’s worth it but this one here is already cooked completely cooked all you have to do is heat it up so you can toss this in the microwave toss it in the oven whatever the case you can make tacos you can make G tacos there are so many different things that you can make with this or even serve it just in a bowl top it with cilantro and onion and lime and you are set so this is a great great option I actually love this section of Costco because they do have a whole like this entire section I’m going to show you the ones that are low carb that are weight loss friendly diabetic friendly and also very very high in protein now if beef is not your thing they also have this chicken thinga chicken thinga is very easy to make but sometimes when you’re in a rush and you just want something made this is something that you can serve with some clie rice a side salad you can also make a cadilla you can make a burrito there are so many different things that you can make with this and this is just again pop it in the microwave pop it in the oven stove top whatever and it is good to go I mean clearly you can can eat it from the container but no one’s going to be eating cold food so at least sace it in the microwave all right guys so we did Mexican now moving on to a little Middle Eastern a little Mediterranean flare we have the beef kebabs these are super super easy to throw together you can make a wrap you can obviously serve this with a side salad a little taziki sauce a little cucumber salad I mean there are so many things that you can do with this but most importantly these are low and calorie high in protein low in carbs so another one for the win um let’s see what else we can find that is a little more like ethnic that’s also low in carbs and high in protein all right guys I’m getting a little hungry look at me you know your girls always prepared I have my protein smoothie in here I do the one from flave City because it has best-in-class ingredients it’s super low in carbs low in calories has 25 g of protein 10 G of collagen literally the cleanest protein powder you’re going to find out there so it’s what I take I love the chocolate peanut butter flavor but the vanilla is super low in carbs so when I’m out out and about I want to keep it super low carb this is it I it’s like hard to believe that this is a good like a good for you below for you but I’m going to go ahead and put a little seat belt cuz guys I’m not I’m not trying to have anyone take my not only my breakfast but also my cup all right let’s move on to the next item all right guys this one here is one of my personal favorites I buy this all the time my 12-year-old loves these um this is obviously a little Indian flare here again if you are not low carb obviously toss this with some with some white rice but a collie rice goes so well with this a little side salad fully cooked tosses baby into the microwave and it is low carb we have six net carbs per 5 oz it is also really good on calories as well which I am not someone that really dwells so much on um calories but you do want to be conscious of them you don’t want to just like not think of it at all because of course it does play a part in um not only weight loss but also just being healthy overall so this one here is great not only is it already fully cooked but it is also super delicious so another one for the win okay now moving on to this one here chimmy chery beef I’ve actually never tried this one but I do love all of Kevin’s Foods he does a lot of pre-made stuff here at Costco they’re clean they’re paleo low carb um he usually does a lot of things that you wouldn’t typically find low carb like broccoli beef um orange chicken like he does a lot of things that typically have like a very sugary sauce and he makes some low carb so this one here I’m sure will be super delicious chimy Chri for me I I absolutely love chimy churi so again pair this with a little collie rice a little side salad it’s so easy to make this it’s fully cooked again just toss in the microwave so this here is also just a really really good option at Costco you can find a lot of options that are already you know like fully cooked the thing you have to pay attention to is the sugar content you want to make sure that you still keep it low carb and of course we’re always looking for that high protein so everything I’m showing you is also high protein it is also weight loss friendly and they’re things that I have tried this one I haven’t tried but I know that Kevin’s everything I’ve ever tried from from his um brand and his line is always a two thumbs up and this one here look at this this is also fully cooked so this here is organic broccoli chicken cheddar stuffed chicken breast this is also really awesome sometimes I feel like there are times where you want to have something that’s like healthy you want to have something that tastes very like homemade but this here is definitely something that to me feels like very light very healthy and let’s look at the nutritionals here 23 g of protein for 5 O that’s amazing five net carbs so again super low carb super high in protein 210 calories that’s awesome this is a great option again a great dinner option okay now this is more of like a snack I’m going to be honest I usually grab one of these to eat on my way home just some fully cooked shrimp their little cocktail sauce a little lemon this is super super delicious I feel like it’s super light this is perfect for summer um a lot of times when I’m going to have people over I usually grab a couple of these and then put them on the table like a whole Sherie kind of like Island um this is a great option I wouldn’t say it’s so much like a full meal but it’s definitely something that you can have as a light lunch like I probably wouldn’t eat the whole thing I’d eat about half of this but anyway this is a great option if you haven’t tried these These are so so good now moving on to their Caesar salad if you guys have not tried the Caesar salad at costy it is so delicious the only thing I do is obviously take out the croutons one because of the carbs two because of the gluten um it just really messes with my stomach but other than that this is another great option even if you grab like that chicken the chicken breast that I just showed you and then one of these is literally like the easiest dinner you can throw together again high protein low in carbs and super super delicious my thing at the end of the day is like I need to be eating good food and everything I’m showing you is like for sure bomb bomb bomb so all right guys and here I didn’t even know that they sold ready to eat Pokey so they have the spicy AI Pokey and then just the AI Wasabi Pokey and um this is another just super easy meal I haven’t personally tried it but um one of the things about Costco is like they always have like everything that they have is super delicious so I doubt that this would be a bad option but again um this will be good just all by itself super quick lunch super quick dinner I think if you wanted to make it more of a hearty meal you can obviously pair this with rice or even like a collie rice honestly if you make the collie rice nice and fluffy I feel like you cannot even tell that you’re not having real like you know like actual rice um and it still gives you that like feel that you look for when you when you’re craving rice so anyway another really great option is the Poke I feel like again it’s a new item but I think that it’s not going to disappoint all right guys and last but not least if you’re like okay Myra we got the dinner we got the lunch what about breakfast look at these guys here if you follow me on Instagram you know that I was literally obsessed with the Starbucks EG White bites these are $5 a pop so this is obviously a much better deal these are fully cooked toss them in the microwave I personally like to toss them in the air fryer cuz I like to get a little bit of crisp huh 11 g of protein so it’s not like amazing but 11 g of protein only 150 calories though so super super low in calories decent protein this one here is 17 g of protein and 280 so the one that has obviously the yolk you’re going to get a little bit more calories but a lot you also get more protein so either or
