🥙Sunset Bowl
1 cup Brown or cauliflower rice
4 oz grilled chicken
1 cup spinach or greens
1 piece prosciutto, thinly sliced and pulled apart
½ apple, diced
2 dates, chopped
1 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil

Layer ingredients together in a bowl and drizzle the vinaigrette on top.
