let’s make an eggless atta jaggery cake start by combining some dahi and baking soda let it sit for five minutes and then add in the jaggery powder along with vegetable oil some vanilla extract and half a cup of milk mix it all together and then sift in the attack along with baking powder once it’s all in bring the batter together without over mixing at this stage and then transfer it into a greased eight inch pan i also love to top this cake with half a cup of chopped almonds for the crunch and now this goes into the preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for about 35 to 40 minutes and there you go your super soft arter cake is ready this is so good
