A Very Healthy, unique and nutritious easy to make salad every Kenyan will tell you how they enjoy this delicacy with a meal of their choice including; Nyama choma, Ugali, Chapati or Githeri just to mention a few.
Method:
1/2 thin sliced onion rubbed with salt and rinsed twice; 1-1/2 large sliced tomato; handful fresh coriander; 1/2 jalapeno green chilli cut into small slices. Add all the ingredients together and season with black pepper, Malaysian salt and oregano herbs. serve with any dish of your choice. Enjoy
