Dry mixture

1/2 cup flour
Wet mixture
1 beaten egg
Final coating
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs or crushed corn flakes
Coat each cod piece in flour ➡️ then eggs ➡️ then breadcrumbs.
Make sure each piece is well-coated and shake off any excess with each step!
➡️ Air fry 390 degrees for 12-14 minutes (watch closely and flip halfway through if need be)
