if you’re from the north BBS of Chicago this place needs no introduction sarcus Cafe people call it sarks it doesn’t matter why you should care is because this breakfast sandwich is factually one of the best in the world and it’s mad simple to make at the crib no matter where you live so this is The Hangover food of my childhood which I understand sounds very very bad on paper but let me explain crispy bacon hash browns melt that cheese on top fry up a neg and dust a little bit of lowry seasoning salt on top I’m doing this over easy then we’re just going to toast off the a French roll here until it’s nice and GB couldn’t be easier right you’re hung over you don’t want to do a lot of work just pop some mayo on the bread plop down your bacon with the cheese a little bit more lowy salt green pepper onions tomato is a non-negotiable it wakes everything up now serve this with a side of cheesy hash and a Sunkissed meaning an orange pop of some sort whatever you like the egg is an extra thing that I order on the side and put on top of the sandwich but is it even a breakfast sandwich if it doesn’t have an egg come on I’m not even hung over [Music]
