Ep 12. Chipotle’s Corn Salsa Recipe
I used to work at Chipotle and I fell in love with their food. But, recently their prices have gotten so expensive. So, I decided to make this series and share my knowledge. All of Chipotle’s recipe use healthy ingredients and are so easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
– 10 Oz Bag of Frozen Corn
– 3/4 Cup Minced Cilantro
– 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion
– 2 TBSP Diced Jalapeños
– 1/2 TSP Salt
– Juice from 1 Lime
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place the frozen corn in a colander and run cold water over it to defrost. Drain well.
2. Mince the cilantro and dice the red onion and jalapeños.
3. In a large bowl, combine the defrosted corn, minced cilantro, diced red onion, and diced jalapeños.
4. Add the salt and lime juice, and mix well.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
