Ingredients for 3 servings:
11oz (300g) soft tofu
water to blend (approx. 1/4 cup)
2 cups (400ml) almond milk
1/2 cup (75g) chia seeds
5 dates (25g) – add more dates if you prefer it sweeter
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsps (20g) cocoa powder
toppings of choice

Blend the soft tofu with dates and water until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, and the tofu date mixture well together.
Wait one minute and stir the mixture again to avoid clumps.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Add your toppings of choice.

Enjoy as a healthy snack or breakfast option.
