What My Children Eat in a Day | Healthy and Simple Meals

I’m a homeschooling mom, so my days are busy! I try to feed my children healthy and balanced meals throughout the day. Today, we went off of the menu a little, but that’s okay because our menus are created to be flexible.

Making mealtime enjoyable and involving your children in preparing and planning the food can foster a positive relationship with nutritious foods. We are here to lay the foundation for our children’s long-term health and well-being. You got this, mama!

MEAL IN A DAY –

BREAKFAST: Scrambled Eggs with Honey Glazed Potato Bites and Grapefruit

ELEVENSES (ON THE GO): Snack Boxes: Carrots, Cucumbers, Seedy Crackers, Blueberries, Grapes, Pistachios, and Larabars. We were making our first trip of many to the store for back-to-school goodies.

LUNCH (ON THE GO): @annieshomegrown Mac and Cheese with Peas and Ground Lamb

OUTING / FAMILY TIME: Before heading back home, we stopped and picked up Drinks and treats from Bella Goose, our favorite place to visit and get much-needed work done.

AFTERNOON/SNACKS: Leftover Snacks from the week: Stuffed Dates, Peanut Butter Protein Bites, and Greek Yogurt Bowls topped with Granola and Mango

DINNER: Lemon Parmesan and Shrimp Pasta with a mix of Green Salad and @drinkolipop

Peace, Joy, and Blessings! Pamela!
