Broccoli soup Ingredients:
– 2 medium onions (200 grams)
– 1 carrot (90 grams)
– 2 stalks of celery (60 grams)
– 2 zucchini (200 grams)
– Broccoli 250 grams
– 1/4 cup olive oil (45 grams)
– 2 cloves of garlic
– Diluted low-fat cream 1 cup (100 grams)
– 3 cups of vegetable broth (600 ml)
– Black pepper 1 teaspoon
– Ginger powder 1 teaspoon
– Salt 1 teaspoon
– Fresh basil chopped 5 grams

Broccoli soup recipe:
First, peel and chop the onions. Put a pot on medium heat and add olive oil to it. Then put the onion in the pot and fry a little.
