3 high protein healthy meal ideas, I recorded this a while ago so ignore the dates on the foods didn’t get around to posting this one! All the recipes will be below:
Chicken flatbread with homemade dip and sweet potato fries:
641 calories + 52g Protein per serving
1 flatbread
195g sweet potatoes uncooked weight
122g chicken breast
75g Greek yoghurt fat free
For the dip mix Greek yoghurt, cucumber, dill and squeeze of lemon
Topped with cucumber, red onions and pickled onions
King prawn and veggie creamy linguine
610 calories + 40g protein per serving
112g Large king prawns
72 peas
40ml single cream
10g parmigiana
80g dried linguine
80g Tenderstem broccoli
30g onion
( add extra 100 cals per slice for garlic bread)
Cheesy chicken and broccoli macaroni pasta
767 calories + 92g protein per serving
70g dried macaroni pasta
33g Garlic and herb Philadelphia
55g fat free Greek yogurt
75g broccoli
227g chicken breast (big portion – amend this amount per person if needed)
10g parmigiana
All recipes above I haven’t included spray oil and seasoning just amend to what you like to use.
