Quick and easy protein dessert – best snack when you are craving for something sweet after workout
INGREDIENTS for 3 Clafoutis:
1 whole egg
20g erithritol based sweetener 1:1 intensity (best option – with caramel flavour)
150g fresh cherries
80g greek yogurt
30ml milk
25g whey protein concentrate
GUIDE:
1. Remove cherry pits and place the cherries into ramekins
2. Blend together egg, sweetener, yogurt, protein and milk. Pour the mixx on top the cherries.
3. Bake in preheated oven on 150 degrees for 15 mins (ramekins) or 20 mins for big baking dish.
4. turn off the heat and leave the clafoutis inside the oven with closed doors untill its cooled.
