Cooking time- 10-15 min
Marination time- 30-35 min
INGREDIENTS
For Chicken Marination
Chicken- 100gm( boneless, small cube)
Curd- 2tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste- 1tbsp
Lemon juice- 1/2
Kashmiri chilli- 1tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Soya sauce- 1tsp
Red chilli sauce- 1tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes- 1tbsp
Butter- 1 tbsp ( for chicken cooking)
For Veggies Mayo
Carrot-2 ( grated)
Beat root- 1 ( grated)
Sweet corn- 1/2 ( boiled)
Mayonnaise- 2 tbsp salt to taste
Sandwich Assembling
Bread- 6 (slice)
Butter- 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce- 1tbsp
Lettuce-2-3
Prepared chicken
Cucumber-8( slice)
Prepared mayo veggies
Butter- 1tsp( for pan toast)
Served with ketchup
