Christmas and New Year is around the corner and every festival is incomplete without delicious snacks. So today I am sharing 2 delicious, cheesy and very easy party snacks that too without oven. Isn’t it great?

Cheesy Biscuit Snack
Ingredients:
Salty Biscuits: 10-15
Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
Ketchup: 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs: 1/2 tsp
Onion(chopped): 1
Bell Peppers(chopped): 1 (each)
Boiled corns: 1/4 cup
Mozzarella Cheese
Butter: 1/2 tsp
PROCEDURE:
SAUCE:
• Add 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Ketchup, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs in a bowl and mix it.
•Now apply this sauce on salty biscuits.
• Add chopped onion, bell pepper and corn on top.
• Now add boiled corns as well.
• Top it with some grated mozzarella cheese.
• Grease a pan with butter and place biscuit in it.
• Cover it with lid and let them cook on low flame for 1 min.
CHEESY BISCUITS ARE READY!!!
CHEESY VEGGIE SANDWICH
Ingredients:
• Bread Slices: 6-7
• Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
•Ketchup: 1 tbsp
•Chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp
•Mixed herbs: 1/2 tsp
•Onion(chopped): 1
•Bell Peppers(chopped): 1 (each)
•Boiled corns: 1/4 cup
•Mozzarella Cheese
•Butter: 1/2 tsp
PROCEDURE:
SAUCE:
• Add 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Ketchup, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs in a bowl and mix it.
• Cut sides of bread and then apply sauce on it.
• Now add mozzarella cheese on it and top it with another bread slice.
• Now apply some butter on top and 1/2 tsp mayonnaise.
• Now sprinkle some mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
• Add chopped onion, bell peppers and boiled corns.
• Add mozzarella cheese on top.
• Grease pan with butter and place sandwich in it and let it cook it for 2 mins on low flame.
