Complete recipe for Curd Oats:

Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
– 1 cup plain oats
– 1 cup curd
– 1 cup water
– 1.5 tbsp oil,
– Mustard,
– Cashew
– Groundnut
– Hing
– Curry leaves
– Coriander leaves
Procedure:
– In a pan roast 1 cup oats for 2-3 mins till golden and crisp.
– In a pan add oil, mustard, groundnut, cashew, hing, curry leaves, green chillies and coriander leaves.
– In a bowl, add roasted oats, to it add 1 cup curd, 1 cup water, salt as per taste and add tampering. Mix well.
