Ingredients and recipe:
2 whole eggs + 1 egg white
2 tablespoons of sugar
170 ml of lukewarm milk
10 grams of instant dry yeast
50 grams of melted butter
About 500 grams of bread flour + 1 tablespoon of salt
Knead until smooth
Rest in a greased bowl with a lid until the dough doubles in volume
Divide the dough into 14 parts
And round each part like a ball
Rest the balls of dough for ten minutes
Roll each ball of dough into long, thin rolls like I did
Shape the bread with 7 strands like in the video
Then put it in the oven tray and rest with the cover for 15 minutes
Brush the surface of the bread with a mixture of yolk and milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 185 °C (365° F) for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
