Hashbrown Casserole
20 oz frozen hashbrowns, defrosted
1 lb breakfast sausage, browned
2 cups shredded cheese
6 eggs
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup heavy cream
21 Seasoning Salute to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer hashbrowns in a 7×11 casserole dish. Layer sausage on top of hashbrowns. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix together eggs, seasoning and heavy cream then pour over everything. Bake for 40 minutes.
*Make this the night before and just add 10 minutes to the cooking time in the morning*
Crockpot Cinnamon Roll French Toast
16 cinnamon rolls
4 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters. Layer half the cinnamon rolls in crockpot. Top with half the pecans. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup. Pour egg mixture over rolls. Top with remaining rolls and pecans. Melt 1 container of icing and drizzle on top. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. When done, melt other icing and drizzle on top.
