Ingredients:
– 2 cups whole wheat flour (aata)
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh dhaniya (cilantro)
– 1/4 cup dry methi (fenugreek leaves)
– 1/4 teaspoon origanos
– 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
– Water for dough
– Oil or ghee for cooking
– Sabji (vegetables) for serving
Instructions:
1. Roll out the aata dough into a circle.
2. Sprinkle chopped dhaniya, dry methi, origanos, and chilli flakes evenly over the dough.
3. Fold the dough into a triangle shape and roll it out slightly.
4. Heat a pan with oil or ghee over medium heat.
5. Place the paratha in the pan and cook both sides until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with sabji.
