You’re going to love this quick fat burning breakfast recipe from Brad’s Cookbook. You may be wondering, why am I sharing another breakfast recipe? Well, based on your questions, it seems most people are having issues coming up with healthy breakfast recipes.

In particular, quick fat burning breakfast recipes that you can fit into your busy mornings. I hope by now you realize boxed cereals are not a healthy breakfast option to Live Lean. Most people fall into this trap because cereal is a quick and easy breakfast option.

What if I told you you could have a quick fat burning breakfast that is:
– Comprised of only real whole foods
– High in muscle building protein
– A good source of healthy fat
– High in fiber
– A good source of vitamins and minerals

If you have a sweet tooth, you can’t go wrong with a delicious side of fruit that is high fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Well this high protein breakfast recipe has all of that, plus it is very quick and simple to make.

Poaching eggs is one of the healthiest ways to cook eggs since the steam, rather than direct heat from the pan, does all the cooking. This quick, healthy, and easy breakfast recipe is going to be delicious.

How To Make An Easy Poached Egg Recipe
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 6 minutes
Servings : 1

INGREDIENTS
– avocado oil cooking spray (non stick)
– 4 whole eggs
– 1/3 cup strawberries
– 1/3 cup raspberries
– 1/3 cup blueberries
– 1 tbsp almonds

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Quickly spray each egg poacher cup with non stick avocado oil cooking spray. This helps ensure the eggs don’t stick to the cup. Once the eggs are cooked, they should slide right out of the cup.
2. Remove the top from the egg poacher set and add 2 inches of water to the base of the pan.
3. Place the egg poacher cups back on top, then crack 1 egg into each cup.
4. Once you have all the eggs in the cups, cover the pan, boil the water, and allow the eggs to cook for approximately 5-6 minutes or until they are cooked to your preference.
5. While the eggs are poaching, get the almonds and berries out.
6. Once the eggs are poached, remove the pan from the heat, then with an oven mitt and fork, carefully remove the cups from the egg poaching set. Be careful as it’s very hot. Once removed, flip the cup over to slide each poached egg onto your plate.
7. Add the almonds to a plate, then add 1 cup of mixed berries (1/3 cup of strawberries, 1/3 cup of raspberries, and 1/3 cup of blueberries) in a bowl for color.
8. Enjoy.
