Ingredients:
– Chicken lollipops
– Salt
– Mirchi powder
– Coriander powder
– Jeera powder
– Chaat masala
– Meat masala
– Kitchen King masala
– Chicken masala
– Kasturi methi
– Red chili paste
– 2 eggs
– Ginger garlic paste
– Desi ghee
– Curry leaves
– Coriander leaves
Instructions:
1. Put the chicken lollipops in a bowl. Add salt, mirchi powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, meat masala, kitchen king masala, chicken masala, kasturi methi, red chili paste, 2 eggs, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
2. Heat a cast iron pan and add desi ghee.
3. Add curry leaves and marinated chicken pieces to the pan.
4. Sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
