For Chutney :
Oil 1 tbsp
Peanuts 1/2 cup
Chickpea lentil 1/3rd Cup
Garlic cloves 2
Chopped ginger 2 inch
Green chilli 2
Tamarind small piece
Some mint leaves
Grated coconut 1/4 Cup
Some coriander leaves
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Water as require
Add tadka
