Just for a change, or to eat more light, we will make a sandwich without bread
Prepare your ingredients before: cut slices of tomatoes, slices of mozzarella and small peppers.
Take a leaf of lettuce, add a slice of salami onto it and then add the other ingredients one by one.
You can play with your imagination to compose different kinds of sandwiches.
Close the lettuce by folding it and then place a sheet of alminium around it .
