Welcome back to my channel! Today, I’m excited to share a fantastic recipe for light and tasty cheese tarts. Perfect for any occasion, these tarts are easy to make and incredibly delicious.
**Ingredients:**
*For 3 tarts:*
– 150 g Light Cottage Cheese
– 1 Egg
– 10 g Parmesan
– Salt
– Knobilicious* (Garlic seasoning)
*For the topping:*
– 15 g Pesto
– 1/2 Light Mozzarella
– 1 Tomato
– 10 g Balsamic Vinegar
– Basil
– Salt
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
2. Mix the cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan, salt, and Knobilicious seasoning.
3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
4. Add the toppings: pesto, mozzarella, tomato, balsamic vinegar, basil, and salt.
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes, checking regularly to ensure it doesn’t burn. If the bottom isn’t browning enough, switch to bottom heat.
