Vidyut Jammwal’s high protein veg diet recipe.

Soya has high amount of protein in it, hence making it a very good source of protein for vegetarians. Here is the easy and quick soya chunk recipe which takes only 5mins of cooking time.
This recipe serves as post workout meal or healthy dinner alternative.

All you need is soak some soya chunks in hot water for about 5 mins, once the soya is soaked remove the excess water. Now heat some ghee in oil, add chopped garlic & onions, sauté for a while. Add veggies of your choice and add salt to taste & Schezwan sauce. Fry everything for a minute and then turn off the flame.
Soya chunks are ready to be served, enjoy!!
