Ingredients:
• 2 onions

• Bell pepper to taste

• 4 mushrooms

• 3 eggs

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• 1 can of beans

Spices:
• Salt

• Black pepper

Recipe:

Slice the onions and sauté them in a pan. Add a pinch of salt.

Thinly slice the bell pepper and add it to the pan.

Next, add the mushrooms along with the spices and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well.

Then, add one can of beans to the pan and mix well.
5.
Finally, add 3 or 4 eggs to the pan, cover it, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until your dish is ready.
