Here’s an easy healthy super delicious lunch idea! Tuna wrap recipe 🫶🏻
Recipe:
1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped), 1 medium sized tomato (sliced) and 2 medium sized onion (finely chopped) and saute until golden.
2. Add 2 canned tuna (drained) with 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp fennel powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt to taste and chopped herbs of choice. Mix well and saute for 5-6 minutes.
3. Spread hummus on a tortilla and add some salad followed by the tuna. Wrap up and enjoyy!
